We were customers of John Round Jr. 20 years ago when he started out. The recent merger with K&D has mixed results. Our price for services has gone up very little over the years, and the weekly maintenance crew does a great job. However, they've had trouble keeping any kind of sales/management staff and it is impossible to get someone to come to give a quote or provide any extra services. It boggles my mind that existing customers want more services, are willing to pay for it, but they can't find anyone to get the job quoted and started. Really a shame.
