This customer called us and asked us if we repaired leaky sink faucets. We told the customer that we did repair leaky sink faucets and told the customer that we would come out on monday to do the repair. We arrived on monday and started evaluating the leaky faucet and found that the home owner had tried to repair the faucet themselves and parts were missing. Since parts were missing, I recommend replacing the faucet and gave the home owner a price of $175 for the labor to replace the faucet. The home owner said she would have us do the work if we also repaired the wood damage caused by the leaky faucet. I informed the home owner that I would repair the damaged wood for an additional fee. The home owner told us that she didn't want us to any of the work. I informed the home owner that she owed us $75.00 for our service call, since she didn't want us to do any work. The home owner refused to pay the $75.00 service call charge. She said we should come out for free. I informed her that I am in business and don't do free work or service calls. We didn't receive the $75.00 service call charge.
