WORST customer service EVER! Let me explain: I brought in my bridge camera 6 weeks before a 2 month trip, asking if it could be repaired for that trip. During those 6 weeks, I called 3 times to ask if the estimate was ready and to remind the person that I was leaving on a trip. I did not get the estimate until the day of my trip and hence could not retrieve the camera. On the phone, I told him the repair was much too high, almost the price of the camera and that I wasn't interested in repairing it at that price. When I got back from my trip, I went to get the camera but he said I needed the order number (fair enough), came back a 2nd time, he was "exceptionally closed", 3rd time I came back, he said that I had not responded to his estimate and therefore the camera has been "disposed off"!!!! I cannot believe it!
