How Your Financing Options Work

Roofers install new roof.

In our many years of being roofers in Atlanta and the surrounding areas, we have found that most of our clients do not have a pile of cash readily available to pay the cost of their roof repairs and/or roof replacement. Often, these issues catch the homeowner off guard, and not everyone is prepared with the ready money. While other companies would force you to max out your credit cards, or continue living in unsafe conditions until the money could be procured, we offer financing options. As this is something of a rarity for roofers in Marietta, we get a lot of questions about how our financing process actually works. It is quite simple, and can be boiled down to the following steps.

Get Your Bid for the Work

Before you go to get your line of credit from our financing, you need to know how much you will actually need. Once you get the bid from our roofers, take some time to see what you have to offer towards that payment right now. The remainder will be your total to take to our financing department.

Apply for Financing

We have a secure server where you will input your credit application. This won't take very long. Most of our clients get their approval within 5-8 minutes. The application will require some personal information, so make sure you have that handy to help the process move along a little faster.

Create a Payment Plan

Once you have been approved, you will talk to our financial consultants to set up a reasonable payment plan. Generally, these will be monthly payments, with the initial period being interest free. After a few months, a modest interest will be added only to the balance that remains.

Pay Off the Balance

We want all of our clients to know that we in no way want to trap our clients into deep debt situations. We simply want to get you the work you need, and offer you a reasonable way to pay for the needed repairs. As such, there are absolutely no penalties for paying off the balance before the final date on the payment contract. In fact, we would highly suggest getting as much of the balance paid off before the interest starts.
