Here's the deal. All Cadillac cars have a "mileage minder" that tell you when you need an oil change. The system will tell you, based on your driving habits -- typically anywhere from 6K-15K miles, on averaging around 10K miles. However, Kachina insists that their mechanics know better than Cadillac's engineers, and say that I should change my oil every 3,000 miles. Frankly, that is just baloney. As a result, I won't go to Kachina any more. When a business gives false information like this to begin with, it makes me mistrust them further!

I went to this dealership a few months ago to request information on a new vehical that I was interested in purchasing. The staff there was very friendly, and they offered my something to drink and wanted to know if I was hungry or needed something to eat. Anyway I did not end up buying a car from them but the customer service was very good. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who plans on buying a vehical.

I like this dealer. At the time, I was unable to purchase a Hummer that I wanted. Instead of the dealer being indifferent toward me and other costumers in the same predicament (like most high-end dealers), they were very helpful and gave me a catalog and other materials that I needed!
