Do not make a mistake like I did and rent from Kading Properties. They are townhouses mostly newer that bring in the undesirables.Which is what they want there because they are cheap and do not enforce any rules which makes living there a nightmare. These cheaply built townhouses are coming to your neighborhood if not already. So cheaply built that mold grows in the corners of some of the walls in multiple units. You want your kid to get bit by a unresponsible tenants dog this is the place for you.Maybe you can sue and make some xtra money.I was too nice to.Unruly kids take over and destroy these cheap units.Once they are destroyed they just stay that way until the next victim comes in.They took my deposit for made up reasons. Then just lied.Washing the carpet to them means they installed new carpet. You like being disrespected and cussed out by a 9 yr old.Kading all the way.Maybe they are related. If you call in and complain the ladies in the office will just send a paper out to the undesirables. Nothing happens ever or they act like a deer in the headlights when they hear anything negative. If you want to watch someone get arrested or some domestic fights come rent from Kading Properties and grab some popcorn.Hope you like roaches.Office people lack intelligence. Please don't rent from these unprofessional group of ladies.

If you rent, be ready to put on your gloves and not get anything for your dollars spent. Horrible! It is interesting to read the other two reviews, they are obviously written by the company to TRY and counteract their horrible reputation.

I have rented from Kading Properties for a few years now and I'm very happy to call it my home. I have always had any problems addressed asap and any maintenance issues have been taken care of within a day or two. They have always been respectful to me and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have lived with Kading for 2 years. We moved in after living in an apartment and are planning to buy a house in the next 6 months. We would recommend it to anybody looking to rent. Rent is reasonable and our kids have a lot of friends here. We are also able to have our cat. We have made this place our home and love it.

We have rented from Kading Properties for over 10 years now and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and have been wonderful at getting maintenance out anytime we have had a problem. Most importantly any emergencies after hours have always been taken care of asap! They also allow pets, which is a BIG plus as not many rental places allow pets. Of course you have to pay a pet deposit, but it's worth it! That was the hardest thing for us was finding a place to allow pets. They also take care of the snow removal and lawn care which is wonderful! That right there saves us time and money and it's all included in your rent. No hidden or extra fees. I'm very happy to call my place home and I'm proud to say I rent from them. It's hard to manage several properties in many different towns, but they do it and I give them a lot of credit for it.

We moved into one of the duplexes in Newton on pretty short notice, and the office was great in working with us, and getting the place turned around as quickly as possible, as someone else was moving out at the same time. The maintenance guy is great, if you can get ahold of him directly, but don't count on any kind of communication from the office, unless your rent is late. They hardly ever answer the phone. When we moved in, we were thinking about getting a cat or dog, and were told that there would be a $100 pet DEPOSIT, which seemed very reasonable. We want to adopt from a local shelter, and recently contacted the office to pay the deposit, only to be told that it was in fact a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. Either get your story straight, or tell that to people up front!

I have been renting for almost a year and I am very upseat with their idea of customer service. You have to beg for snow to be removed and they forget to mention that you parking place is your responsiblity to clear. Lawn care is a joke. Don't lean against the walls or all the drywall nails pop out. Don't run the microwave in the kitchen and vaccum in one of the samll bedroom or you will blow the circuit. Oh and don't expect them to follow their own rules because they won't. And if it rains don't walk in the road because all of the dog droppings (that other people leave) will be flowing down the road like a river. Oh and if you complaint about you unrurley neighbors, be prepared to get laugh at and told to shut you mouth. Don't walk barefoot in you town house becuase where the carpet meets the tile the nails to tact the carpet down stick out. Everyone in my family got their tetanus shot's. Shoty workmanship all over the place. Trim doesn't match, tiles are uneven and walls paper thin. There is barely any to no insulation. If they tell you that your electric bills are lower, it's a lie. And I found out by the electric company that it is illegeal for them to tell you how much your utilities are going to run. RUN don't waste your money. They are not worth it.
