Dr Karsan takes care of both of our elderly parents. He listens with compassion and true attentiveness. He does not pass them off as "old" but works hard to get to the root of the problem. He explains in a way that they can understand and will stay with them until they do. He is the best!!!!

I had never met this man in my life, and was shocked by his immediate arrogance and disrespect. Cold, nasty, and unprofessional. If you are a hepatitis-C patient,I suspect that you might be met with similar unpleasantness. Two big thumbs down.

After suffering for years I have finally found someone to help. Instead of telling me my only option was surgery, my options were explained. Doctor Karsan explained things so I could understand and make a decision. Testing was ordered and results were reviewed. Finally a doctor that looked at all options to find the best way to take care of my health problems. Together we made logical decisions regarding my future care and treatment. I could not be happier and look forward to a healthier me.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Karsan. I admit I was sceptical about a physician being this good and compassionate for patients, but he is. From the moment I met him he was caring, and listened to my concerns and fears. He took time to go over my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I am now well on my way to feeling better!! You can't imagine how my life has changed. I refer all of my family and friends to Dr. Karsan now.

I went to see Dr. Karsan for a pain I was having in my side. He was unattentive and barely took time to examine me. He seemed distracted and in a hurry to tell me I needed a colonoscopy. (I have since been told quite the opposite by another physician.) His office staff was disorganized and could not coordinate a simple appointment for the colonoscopy (which I cancelled anyway.) I would not allow this physician to attend to anyone I love.

I have had many colonoscopies due to polyps in my family history. I have been to 3 other gastroenterologists, but none of them could get to the end of my colon because they say it was 'kinked'. My primary doctor recommended Dr. Karsan who is highest trained and the best. I went to him and got it done, and didn't feel a thing. He had no problems getting to the end of my colon, and even called me on a Sunday with my polyp biopsy results. His staff was great also. Actually lookin forward to my next colonoscopy.

Dr. Karsan is very caring and completely dedicated to his patients - anyone being treated by by him is blessed - and his nurse, Kem, is an asset to his practice and to his patients.

Very few individuals (a) exhibit professionalism (b) are highly personable & charismatic (c) highly skilled (d) competent problem solvers (e) & actually care. Dr. Karsan brought all of these into my medical check up experience. I have since [highly] recommended him to others. I had some on going digestive issues and discomfort, which he identified and explained clearly & concisely. Treatment works! If doctors competed to solve medical problems like athletes compete to win games, I got my money on this guy! Thanks Dr. Karsan!

Dr. Karsen is an amazing physician, highly highly intelligent and on the cutting edge of GI medicine. I worked with him as a Nurse Practitioner for a while and I learned so much from him. He's incredible!
