Great Value
Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, Kashi is a comfortable, welcoming space where one can relax.
The classes are not overwhelming and the instructors are patient and give you individual attention. Their $5 yoga class (4:30pm Tue/Fri/Sun) is the absolute best value in town.
