I've been with Katy Fenbert for my car insurance for over 6 years now, and have always felt taken care of. I had a claim when someone hit my car and left the scene, and she took car of everything within 48 hours. Excellent!

We could not be happier with the service we are receiving from Katy Fenbert's office. Especially from Rodney Lander's. He has made our job 10 times easier! We are so glad they are our agency and wouldn't dream of leaving their care & keeping!

I was with Katy for over 10 years and filed one claim. When I went to add a personal liability umbrella policy they rejected it due to moving traffic violations (2 over the 10 yrs). If you call you ALWAYS get their answering machine then play telephone tag all day until they give up. Very poor customer service to long time customers. I'm changing providers...
