I had bought my tires from a national discount store for years. Product availability, price and no longer balanced tires for free motivated me to shop around. Very glad I did. Got the tires I wanted, $100.00 off for a set of 4. Free rotation and balancing for life of tires, and they were closer to my house. Installation took about 30 minutes from when I arrived. V-E-R-Y satisfied customer.

I got drawn in by the offer of a 39 minute turn around time. It actually took 2 1/2-3 hours. No mention was made of the $39. I didn't press the issue for two reasons. One, I thought they should have given me the credit without asking and two, my daughter threw up all over their floor when she got hot from waiting so long. I figured that was worth at least $39!

I took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. After 45 - 50 minutes of waiting and they still have not moved my car to the bay for service, I demanded my keys and left. However, I did notice that if you are willing to spend money, you will get preferential treatement. What happened to first come first serve? This is the last time I will visit or purchase tires from them.

I have been to this location on 3 different occassions and have had issues all 3 times. The second time I went was to give them a chance after the issues from my first visit, and it didn't help my opinion of them. My third (and final) visit was out of convenience and I regretted my decision yet again. They are very friendly, but I have been in on weekdays when no one else was there and it should have been a 30 minute (MAX) oil change...but it turned into me waiting an HOUR AND A HALF with no other cars even being worked on!!! 4 hour wait for tires on a Saturday and I watched 2 people who had come in after me leave with their cars an hour before I was finally able to (basic tire change). I don't recommend this location unless you're willing to WAIT!!!

I've taken two different cars to this place, and in one occasion they told me my right front caliper needed to be replaced, which would cost about 300 dollars. I went somewhere better and they informed me that the caliper had no problem. With both cars, each time I had my tires balanced and rotated the car would actually start pulling after I got it back! This is the last place you should take your car. Try Dallas Wholesale Tire, they won't charge a lot and will do your car right.

Going into any automotive place as a women is hard. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel pushed. If you go request James the mechanic. He was very nice and even talked to my husband on the phone after doing the work. I tipped him big and you should too!

I have been doing business with Kaufman Tire for 5 years and find that on every visit they are very helpful and honest and I get the service on my vehicles done in a timely fashion.
