Kauffman also performed an alignment on my 2008 Ford Mustang. 9 months later this car required a full alignment AND 2 front tires because of the poor alignment service at Kauffman Folks...stay away from this shop. They DO NOT know what they are doing!!

I called this store at 3:00 in the afternoon to see if they could remove a stuck lug nut from one of my wheels. I spoke with Marcus and he told me to bring it by and they could take care of it before closing that day. I dropped the car off at 4:00 and told him that I would walk around the area until I heard back from them that it was ready. At 6:00 I had not received a call from them so I walked back to the store. The car was sitting in the same position that I had left it. I went inside the store, waited for about 10 minutes and then asked Marcus what the status was. He went in to the shop and came back several minutes later to tell me that they just didn't get to it today, that he was sorry and that I could bring it back and leave it the next morning. I have purchased several sets of tires from Kauffman Tire, usually the one on Oak Rd. in Snellville and have generally been pleased with their service and prices. However after this incident and a couple of others I am sad to say that I am done with them.

they left my car outside unlock with the key inside for the weekend, they also did not rotate my tires. You have to stay there to make sure they done everything what they promissed, otherwise, you will end up like me. Result - no caps, no car for 4 days, and you have to take time off from work.

Joey nailed it on the head. I thought I was the only one who had experienced that problem. I've also bought a complete set of tires from them, more than once. And each time they promise free services with the life of the tires. Only to be brushed off, over and over again when I came to have my truck serviced. Like joey said, when you're a paying customer, it's all fine and dandy. When it comes to upholding the services they offer for the tires, they'll come up with an excuse not to fit you in, or make you wait all day long just for a flat or something minor. Simply put, they'll shove you as far in the back of the line, no matter how early you get there, to please the paying customers and find anyway possible to charge you when you come in for the free service they offer. I sent them an email, let the manager know. He called me up, but never even apologized or tried to make it up to me. So I took my business elsewhere.

Purchased a set of tires; no problems! Trying to get them to honor the extra services they claim that come with the tires; another story! They go out of their way to blow you off when you need your tires rotated. They treat you like you are no longer a customer anymore, apparently because you are not paying for anything at this point; even though they promote that these services DO come along with every tire purchase. I will no longer use them; I will pay to have my tires rotated and balanced rather than go through the stress of dealing with these people. Also, they find all kinds of things wrong with your vehicle; tried to charge me nearly $400.00 for a set of front brake pads; ended up doing them myself for under $50.00
