I stopped by early morning with the hopes that the place was open. I wanted to rotate my tires and get an oil change before it got crowded. I made it in and out in a quickie and am looking for a new set of tires.

This place wa sa bit hard to find because I thought the building would look like the one on the website... once i figured it out, no big deal, got tires for my daughters car, and bought a bunch of extras with it. took a bit longer than i expected, but now i know my daughter is safe on the road.

My wife and I recently took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for new tires. I told the assistant manager that I knew at least on of my wheels was bent and asked for the others to be checked. It turned out that three of the wheels were bent but only one was really bad. They went ahead and mounted the tires and put the really bad wheel on the rear. I spoke with the assistant manager, Jesse, and told him I would be purchasing refurbished wheels at which time he told me that a customer had traded in wheels from a newer Grand Cherokee and he would give me a good deal on those. We reached a great deal which saved me about $500.00. Fantastic service. That same day I was doing a brake job on a Honda Accord and two of the lug bolts and the drives front wheel broke off due to being cross threaded. The last time the wheel was off the car was when I had the tires and wheel rotated and balanced at Kauffman. I contacted Jesse back advising of the problem. He immediately advised that if I could get the car to the store he would have it repaired without cost. I got the vehicle to the store and it was repaired in less than 2 hours. Again fantastic service. I will be a loyal customer of this store as long as I keep getting this type treatment.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. During the nearly 2 hour wait for them to complete that, they told me that I urgently needed new front brake pads. I am selling my car and had already scheduled an inspection through the buyer, so I decided to wait a few days. Upon the inspection (through a different garage) I was informed that that all of my brake pads are in great shape with well over half their life left. The measurements more than doubled what Kauffman had quoted me. This is enough not to get my business again, but I was also unhappy with the attitude of the front desk person the last two times I went in.

sent my wife down to but two tired they have advertised for 45.00 and 16.00 dollars for install and balance, this is what happened...the store manager told he they did not have the tires in question and woul have to order and charge a courier fee to go to different stores and get these tires, in other words they were going to charge her 45.00 for tire 16.00 for install and 22.20 each for courier service plus tax. my advice is when you see a sigh that says kaufman tire....BYPASS

Went in for oil change. said the last place that changed my oil,(GY)stripped the plug and to go back there, they couldnt get it off.went back to that place,(GY) who got the plug out,the oil was new,not old like it should have been and had almost double the amount of oil it should have had in it,and the wrong plug had beenput on. I saw this with my own eyes. If kaufman didnt change my oil, then why was the oil not black, and how was it way past the notch on the stick?? My car would have been smoking and had other damage done if I was driving around with this much oil in it for the time between oil changes!! They lied!! They did change it,and overfilled it, and stripped the plug trying to get it ogg to drain the overfill..mistakes happen, own up to them! how do you overfill by double in the first place?? I called the manager and he would not take responsiblity for it,and neither would the DM. The other place,(GY)showed me all this, and changed my oil, filter, and new-correct plug for no charge!! DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO GY

I purchased 4 tires in 2009 from Kauffman. Lately im wishing I would have bought from another tire professional. Everytime I go in its a two plus hour wait for a simple rotate and balance. Last time I was in they broke a wheel lug, put a cheep replacement on and never told me. All of the tire pressures where not set to the vehicle specs, the front tires were just rotated without being balanced, and the wrong weights were put on the front tires and fell off shortly down the road. This is not the only time this has happened and I hate having to go back and waste gas two or three times for them to get it right. If they can't have good service after a sale why would I buy from them again. I don't recommend Kauffman.

My wife took our car for the free tire and rotation. They told her that the car needed new struts and shocks. Thankfully, she called me and put me on the phone with them. I was a bit suspicious, so I told them no thanks. I later took the car to my personal mechanic, who said it would be very unusual for the car to need new struts with that many miles on it. After inspection, my mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the car -- didn't need struts nor shocks. I think the free tire and rotation is a gimmick to find other things to sell you. I no longer trust this company.

Tried to charge $800 for a $100 brake job, told me I needed $900 worth of repair to front end, carried it to the dealer, NOTHING WAS WRONG! You be the judge!

Great customer service. Daryll, the manager has worked through a problem I have had with my tires after a free rotation with a oil change. I had to go back three times for re-rotation and balancing, and he was very kind and took care of me very well. I don't live in loganville (I live in macon), but this is the way customer service should be. I'll drive back to see them when I need new tires or oil change, (Which was only 65$ for a BMW w/ synthetic... great price!)

I recently got some tires at the Kaufman Tire in Loganville. Overall, the experience was a good one - they had the tires that I needed at the price that I wanted. The one issue that I had was they performed a service that I requested not to be done as I had another vendor which did that. However, at payment when I noted that I did not ask for the service, they removed it from the bill and did not make me pay.
