I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance, and while everything was done properly (to my knowledge) an hour and 45 min is just too long for what was supposed to be an hour. My car was in the garage area for a total of about 20 min yet I was there almost 2 hours. Had I know it would be that long I would've rescheduled. The guys were nice though and semi apologetic.

I went here after receiving recommendations from several friends and family members. I needed to replace my set of winter tires on my AWD car after a nail took out a tire. I'm probably not quite the typical customer, I already knew the exact tire I wanted, which they had for a great price. I went ahead and made an online reservation. When I got there, they had me in the computer, and got to work on my car right away. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the waiting area was neat and tidy. When I was ready to go, the price was exactly what I was expecting. I am very happy overall, and will definitely use this location again.

Took my van in to have the complimentary rotation and balance. Was told it would be 2.5 hours. Expected this, since long waits for the complimentary tire service has been common place. Had already arranged to be picked up. Returned 4 hours later and was told it was next in line. Didn't wait. Also, had a poor alignment done a while back at this store. Had to take it back to get it right. Will be using the Discount Tire across the street from now on. Have had only good experiences there.

I went in to get my squeeling brakes checked/fixed. Nissan had advised that my warranty was over but Todd advised to go to a dealer and explain that my car had only a couple of thousand over the warranty limit. I did take it to the dealership. They fixed my brakes for free. I owe Todd a debt of gratitude. While he didn't get any money from me on this visit, he won my future business. Good for him. He's a good one and has always treated me well whenever I've had the need for something. I appreciate the honesty he showed. Thanks Todd

I had a nail in my tire. I went to Kauffman and they helped me pick out a new tire and put it on. While putting my tire on, they came out and asked if my low tire pressure light had been on, and I said yes. This was because my LOW TIRE PRESSURE light did come on, and I had to add some air which is how I found the nail. After my service, my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light was on. When I went back to ask why, they said they don't know, it we wrote down it was on before. When I explained it was a different light, they still would not help fix it. So I drove to my dealership, and they informed me that the sensor for that tire they replaced was broken off, due to them not knowing it had a sensor when replacing the tire. (It's inside the tire.) And thus not covered under my warranty. When I went back to kauffman and explained that THEY broke the sensor, and they knew it, thats why they came out and asked such a silly question and wrote it down (the sensor costs about $200). Thus they used that as a reason to avoid paying for the sensor they broke. BTW - I had just had the oil changed at the dealership the day prior and the TPMS light was not on. Kind of funny huh? Be careful!

We took advantage of an advertised rebate a year ago and got 4 tires for a great price. They also fix flats for free (only place I know of that does that). My brother was in town & had a nail in a tire, and they patched it even though he had not purchased his tires from them.

I recently had two tires replaced in a quick and efficient manner all the while costing exactly what I was quoted and cheaper than I expected. Kauffman Tire is now my tire center!

Family member and myself received poor customer service from this location. Took my car in for the complimentary rotation and was told it would be hours. It was obvious they were trying to discourage me from leaving my car because they didn't want to work on my car (since it was free). My spouse picked me up and we drove across the street and looked over there and they took it into the back immediately. Family member had similar experience and he was also told they are not liable for anything that might go wrong--but he was told that AFTER something went wrong with his tire repair. He was also told during his tire repair that he needed brakes fixed when he had just done his breaks himself so he knew there were no brake problems.

I'm truly sorry that you and your family member had a bad experience at Kauffman tire. I can assure you as the new store manager this would never happen and it is not company policy to mislead customers in any way . Please give us another chance to prove to you that we value your business. Evan Parsons Store manager
I recently had a flat tire and this was the only place that I could find in town that had my size of tire in stock. They also put them all on for me while I waited.

Thank you for your business!
They fixed my alignment in record time on a Saturday, the price was lower than originally expected and they made me feel truly appreciated.
