Not the way to treat long time customers
Review more on CORPORATE - in the past when purchasing a new car our first stop was Kauffman. We bought road hazard insurance on our tires - we were told this was available and had used several times. Recently had a tire destroyed - went to Kauffman (different from where I purchased the RHI) and now we don't do that. Turns out the shop on HWY 9 didn't sell me the correct thing - this shop tried to help - but really did nothing to make a long time customer want to stay aroundtaking my business elsewhere.. just on principle...

Money NOT well-spent
My usual inspection is at Wood & Fullerton GoodYear; however, driving out to Centennial was too big a risk. Since, Kaufmann is next to my neighborhood, this was the smarter decision, right? WRONG?

Great Customer Service
Dour Kurland was very helpful to me in locating a center cap for a wheel that had been discontinued. A lot of effort was put into finding this. I had already searched eBay and the web for one to no avail. Great follow-up and great customer service at all the Kauffman Tire stores I visited during this search. Many thanks!

Good Service
I dropped in to have a tire looked at, and they determined that I needed a new one. They had me out of there in about an hour, at what I feel was a fair price. I would recommend them.

Good experience
I purchased tires here after checking prices around town. I felt like they gave me options and descriptions of tires for my car and with no pressure to buy. They offered me a coupon which I used as well.
