Have a BMW, dealership won't install anything but runflats. Dealership won't do alignment without good tires. Tired of the dealership telling me what they WON'T do, I ran over to Kauffman Tire and they took care of my alignment and my choice of tires...and saved me a whole lot of money. Had me set up before estimated time and gave me before and after alignment stats. Just wanted to say thanks to these guys for taking good care of me.

I purchase all of my vehicle tires from the Kauffman tire in Duluth. They always give me a good price on my tires and I trust the advice if any that they give me about my vehicle.

A tire just gone flat on my over night parked car.It just needed be patched where the air was leaking.I had heard of Kauffman Tires Ad saying free flat repairs. So I took my car there.A guy from the front counter checked the tire, sitting in the trunk and said a nail has punctured the tire and we will fix it for you. After a while a mechanic comes to me and takes me to my car saying the tire has a big cut on the side and it's not repairable. You need to buy a new tire.Since I didn't have a choice but to buy a new tire,I had to spend $120.00 instead of $ 12 for flat tire repair elsewhere. After that I've never been to that place ever and have lost the trust on the word 'FREE'.

I bought a new battery for my car at this location; the manager promised me a 10% discount on the price if I got the recommended brand. When I went to pick up the car, he had all the bill ready for me with no discount. In my next visit, oil change, I drop off the car at 11:00 AM and they didn't have it ready until 17:30 PM. It was me who had to be calling them every 3 hours to find out the status of the car. I'll rather give my business to a local shop from now on.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to repair a flat and Kauffaman gave me the best price- free. Even though I didn't buy the tires there, they took care of me as if I were a long time customer. I have been a customer ever since. They are always helpful and fair and the service is fast.

My first time visiting Kauffmann yesterday was unforgettible. I waited from 10:00 Am - 3:20 Pm to get one of the worst alignment. My previous alignment setting was good handling, except that the front inner tire wear was ugly, therefore I hoped to eliminate this problem. After getting the car, I had to run back a minute later when I felt my car pull and shake all over and about 35 degrees off left steering wheel to get a straight line of the front tires. It seemed that the guy rushed for home at 4:00 Pm store close ... then he got the car a quick readjustment. I'll have to come back as soon as I can this week to hope for a better/experienced guy ... because something is so wrong with the handling and even speed sensor and some other lights came on right after the alignment. I don't know what he did, but I saw him asking for help from other guy(s). I need a good alignment for this sports baby 95 twin turbo supra ... but too bad ... having heard of and witnessed Kauffmann. Honestly.

I've been here numerous times and have yet to get out in less than 2 hours. They got their new 39 minute guarantee... well that's a crock. I booked an appointment online 2 days ahead of my appointment, was the first one there, and still didn't make it out within 2 hours. Somehow they thought they had 4 tires I wanted, but only had 3. If they ever tell you they need to get a part, you've just added another hour to your total time. And that's if they tell you that you need something. Most times this happened to me, it was 30-45 minutes after they sent someone to get the part and I still have to wait an hour. I've been to numerous others with company vehicles, however, I'll never set foot in this location again!

Got a good deal on tires, but that's the only good thing about this place. they tried to sell me new shocks, even though their only reason was they my car still had the original shocks. I brought my car in later for the "free" tire rotation and they found lots of things "wrong" that again weren't broken they just wanted to charge me for something since i was in there for my "free" tire rotation that came with my tires. Will never go back.
