Bad Brake Specialist
They overhauled my brakes on my truck now vibrates when I brake, took back 3 time still not fixed. The mechanic just kept tighing the parking brakes and now they are ruined. They should just stick to selling tires, I would not recommend them for other services. If they do not get it right the first time they have a whatever attitude since they have been paid.

I love this store
I find this store to be consistently delivering excellent service. Most of the folk working there have been around for a few years in this particular store which is great.
They listen to what you need done and are very accomodating. If you tell them to do something xyz way, it will be done xyz way and guess what, they get it done, because they listen! It is rare in this day that you get a team of people who actually listen to what the customer wants. Therefore i have never had a bad exprience there. I have had tires and suspension work done on multiple vehicles over the years and will continue to come back as long as they maintain the current level of service.
Prices are very reasonable too on simple mechanics like struts and such.

Beware
I had my brakes done here last year and when I recently went to Toyota for service they told me that the pads on my car were a different size than spec. Toyota said it was okay but that I should know that the pads were the wrong size!
I also had two tires repaired here and they said it was side wall damage and I had to buy two new tires. Two different times!
One of them I ordered special order and when it came in the day before a big road trip it was not the tire I ordered. I was forced to buy it because I was driving out of state the next day and didn't want to be without a spare.
Too many suspicious choices were given to me here. I'm done guessing, I'll never return.
And on top of all that, they make it sound like they're doing me a favor. What service?
