Do not have a warrenty claim
I had a set of tires go bad and Kauffman blamed a lack of rotation and alignment and would not discount a set of replacement tires. I contacted the tire manufacturer who agreed that there tires were under warranty. Kauffman still tried to charge more than the manufacturer.
