Kauffman Tire

I have used Kauffman tire for my tires and oil changes for years. They are always professional and do a good job at a reasonable price. They have the power to discount so make sure you ask for a better price on tires.

I have used Kauffman Tire for oil changes and tire rotations over the past year. I always receive good customer service and I am usually in and out in an hour. I imagine they have the same level of service for tire installs.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel obligated. I spent $650 on new tires for my 2004 Hyundaipretty expensive I know, but since I was in a bind and they knew it, I expected them to charge me a lot. 8 days later, I noticed a HUGE blister on my front tire!! The first thing they asked me was 'did you hit anything'? Valid question, but after I explained that I didn't hit anything other than the pavement, they told me that they knew that I hit something because that's the only way a blister can happen. To make a long story short, after hearing the perfectly rehearsed spiel about how they weren't liable, I realized that this is standard operating procedure for Kauffman Tire-at least with young women it is. I've dealt with them for years and unfortunately, most of the associates try to SCAM WOMEN. Tony @ the Cheshire Bridge location is the only exception to that (I would've dealt with him but unfortunately he was out sick). After arguing with the manager (THOMAS YARRI) who sold me the defective tire a week prior, I finally got my new tire replaced. Had I not shown them that I would not be taken advantage of, they were going to charge me additional money for a BRAND NEW tire that I just bought 8 days prior! They are running a SCAM on women and I will be filing additional complaints with the BBB and the media as well!

After coming here for years and always getting honest service i went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a $200 bill.Boy did i fall for it!Had to return because they only installed 1 wiper. i realize too late they are different models. Plus the other work was probably unnessary they even changed the lesser oil change to the higher one. I will not be returning the 'manager' was not the one i was used to working with. See ya'.

I have had several dealings with this business over the last few years. Each time I have found the price and service to be good.
