I went to get a tire fixed that was going flat and they could not find my lug key. This makes the 5th time this has happened now they are the only people that touch that thing and they are the only ones that seem to keep loosing it, and I am the only one who seems to be getting up set as I set and wait with my 3 kids for hours for them to come back out and tell me they can't do they work because I lost the lug key. I mean come on now. You make me sit in there that long with my small kids then you come in there and tell me I lost the lug key. I don't think that is the best way to go about doing every time. And the three times I myself went out into the car and found it. It had fallen down behind the dash. then the 4th time they called another store and had them drive one over. Now why would they go to all that trouble if it I was the one loosing it? I don't think that they would and then to top it all off they want do my free rotate and balance because one tire in one spot is wore 1/64 to much they say. but that is just in one spot. I will never buy another tire from them again. I would pay more and have better service then deal with this. And then all they say is have a great night.

I have been taking my car to Kaufman for a long, long time and have never been disappointed. Yes, if you arrive later in the day you may have a wait, but there work is worth the wait. They do what you ask and then tell you what you need only if there is a problem. Honest business.

This place has turned into a JOKE!! I was a long time customer as both myself and my wife drive on average 25k miles a year each. We own 3 cars and used to take all of them to Kauffman Tire for my regular maintenance and repairs. NO MORE!! In the last year, they have been through the entire roster of employees AND 4 DIFFERENT MANAGERS! They don't give a dang about your car only making money off of you! They replaced my rear brakes and it took them 6 times to get it done correctly and only then when I threatened to take them to court when I was told "we cannot fix it so its your problem now".
