No problems with this place
I have been taking my car to Kaufman for a long, long time and have never been disappointed. Yes, if you arrive later in the day you may have a wait, but there work is worth the wait. They do what you ask and then tell you what you need only if there is a problem. Honest business.

If you value your car....
This place has turned into a JOKE!! I was a long time customer as both myself and my wife drive on average 25k miles a year each. We own 3 cars and used to take all of them to Kauffman Tire for my regular maintenance and repairs. NO MORE!! In the last year, they have been through the entire roster of employees AND 4 DIFFERENT MANAGERS! They don’t give a dang about your car only making money off of you! They replaced my rear brakes and it took them 6 times to get it done correctly and only then when I threatened to take them to court when I was told "we cannot fix it so its your problem now".
