A HUGE HELP!
Started home to Alabama & was stranded with a locked up brake along 85. My son-in-law directed me to Kauffman based on kudzu, they were careful to diagnose the problem & could have really gouged me since I was stuck but didn't! Even though it was after 4 pm, they stayed late to get me on my way.

An Honest Mechanic
The people at this location are great! I've been to three Kauffman Tires and this one is the best. They are always willing to explain things in detail and never make you feel like they don't have time for you. They are always honest and don't tell you need services that you don't. My car is always returned to me clean (they don't leave dirt in it).

Good honest folk
Most of the time when we use Kauffman it is for tires but the shop located on Buford Hwy. in Duluth has some very good mechanics as well. The best thing is that they are honest with you about what the problems are and what it will take to fix them. We have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the people at Kauffman.
