4 Tires = 4 Flats
Purchased 4 $200.00+/ per tire at The Alpharetta Hwy 9 location. Not only have All 4 gone flat before the tires were used for a few months; But one was a Blowout the same day I brought my vehicle in to have a nail removed ( which they never saw during the alighnment ) prior to going on a trip !!!
Also all 4 valves were bad !!!
I will never do business with Kaufmann tires again.

Service
We generally don't shop around for tires anymore. We always end up at Kaufmann's. They will fix a flat for free regardless when you bought the tire.

Prices are good, but service is lacking
The prices are good, but I've found service is lacking whenever I took my car in for a tire rotation.

Unnecessary "Service"
They kept trying to up-sell me, insisting that I needed a $137 part or they would not be able to do my alignment I took my car elsewhere, and there was no problem with the part I was really disappointed. I lost all sense of trust for this business which saddens me!

Good quality service
They provide good quality service and I never feel they try to "upsell" me. Sometimes they take longer than promised, though.
