Kauffman Tire

My husband went in for an oil change, and they told him it would be a 3-4 hour wait. So they set up an appointment for him to come back in. Although he still waited about 2 hours, they gave him the oil change way cheaper to compensate for them not being able to see him when he first came in. I really appreciate companies that appreciate their customers.

I've been going to this store for years. Michael, the store Manager, is great; really knows tires. He's helped me address several tire wear issues, pick great replacement tires, extremely helpful in guiding my son to a suitable larger-than-spec tire for his truck. He's very pleased. We've had a couple of issues over the years and Michael has always made things right! Thanks Michael!

I just replaced a set of four tires of Goodyear Assurance Comfortread for my Lexus RX330 at a Gemini auto service shop. And I noticed vibration at highway speed (70-80mph) with the new tires. I took it back to the store where I installed the tire for rebalance, but that didn't fix the high-spped vibration. On my third visit to the store, I was told the vibration is caused by flat spot on the tire. According to them, the flat spot is caused by tire skid due to the panic brake and is only partially covered by manufactrer's warranty. Since we never experienced panic brake in our driving, we called Goodyear and was advised to get second opinion. That is when I visited this Kauffman Tire store.

The service adviser is very patient to diagnostic the problem and explain in details his opinion to Goodyear. Since Goodyear is already biased by the first store's opinion, they won't cover our tire replacement fully. From our point of view, he suggested us redo road force balance on four tire to see if that fix the high-speed vibration. AND IT DID!!

We are very happy now the problem is solved after multiple visits to the Gemini store with no avail. Although we did not install our tire at Kauffman Tire, the staff there go above and beyond to make customer happy and solve our problems. Thanks for job well done, Kauffman Tire.

I got a good deal on 4 tires and alignment for $50. Tires were underinflated and alingment was set way off causing sever tire wear after only 5000 miles. I took it back and they claimed they couldn't fix it because the front suspension parts were worn out. Then how could you align it the first time? Well we can fix it for $$$$$$$$ and we won't charge you to realign it, but if you fix it well have to charge you to realign it. "I" fixed it and took it to "Perfect Performance" to be realigned. Returned when the tires were worn out after only 13,000 miles and they refused to stand behind the tire waranty, somehting about bad alignment. But you did the alignment!!! Went across the street to Discount Tire. Will never goto Kauffman again, not even for free flat repair!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not saying all Kauffman stores are bad, but this one and some otheres, well

My car was stranded on the road. The service engineer went out of the way to come and replace my car battery at normal prices. Really appreciated that he went out of his way to help. And the man was friendly too. Thanks.
