Kauffman Tire

I go in to have tires rotated, balanced and oil changed. After my oil change I drove 2 hours out of town. Halfway I find that my entire lower splash guard is gone. I can’t say for sure that this was their fault two screws were stripped and I use industrial zip ties where they should be. 7 DAYS LATER hit a pot hole that puts a hole in the wall of my tire and ding my wheel. Go back to buy a new tire. When I went to pick it up and pay for it I was watching the guy check me out and looking at the sheet he was using to ring me up. At the bottom of the sheet was a hand written note saying missing lug nut. He checked me out and said nothing about the lug nut. I finally asked about it. He goes: uh, oh yeah. He finally tells me that it has a bad post. I decided that I wasn’t even getting into the post thing with him so I just took my keys and left. At 55 miles an hour my car was shaking so horribly. BACK to the store where someone tells me that I have a bent rim. I asked them to put it on the back so it would stop vibrating. Ask about the bad post. He says it has RUST on it. YOU ROTATED MY TIRES 7 DAYS AGO AND NOW I AM MISSING A LUG NUT AND MY POST IS RUSTED. I get home I walk around the car. THE SUPPOSED BENT WHEEL IS ON THE FRONT OF MY CAR. If it were actually bent my car would be vibrating. I have no idea what these monkeys were doing to my car. I spent $221 going to cost me over $250 to fix all the crap they screwed up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT TRUST THEM>

I went there for a flat repair because I heard they did that for free and the guy was very nice and explained that the tire was not repairable. He gave me a great deal on 4 tires because all the tires were well worn. I will be back soon for my other car to be serviced.

I love this company! If you EVER have a flat that needs to be repaired go here.
They will ALWAYS repair for free even if they didn't sell it. It didn't take long to buy my tires from here!

I just picked my car up from this location a few days ago after purchasing two new tires. They were professional, polite and made me feel as if they appreciated my business. Costco could not get tires in for my vehicles for 5-7 days. One call to Kauffman Tire and they had tires for me the next morning. I would not go to any other place after this.
