I have been going to Kauffman since they were in the North Kroger shopping center. They were then and still are great with all my vehicles!!

Rip-off Artist
You will always get the "call to the back" needing more service and/or parts. Just sit in their waiting room and listen to the conversation (BS) they will have with customers (especially women). You will never go in and get what you really need without their useless BS in order to generate more cash for them. Service is fairly fast if you are buying new tires, anything else is very poor and very slow. I will pay more some place else that has standards and morels.

Be careful
Very nice but they always want to sell you additional services that you might not really need. I went in for 4 new tires and was sold a very expensive set of brakes that I could have had done by the dealer for less. This same experience happened to a friend of mine as well.

These guys must get paid on what they sell you.
I feel they were trying to take advantage of me.
I would find someone else to fix your car.

Prices Comparable to Costco but with Better Service
I just picked my car up from this location a few days ago after purchasing two new tires. They were professional, polite and made me feel as if they appreciated my business. Costco could not get tires in for my vehicles for 5-7 days. One call to Kauffman Tire and they had tires for me the next morning. I would not go to any other place after this.
