So I got a flat on my way home the other day, and I dont have a spare on my truck. I got a tow from the guys with AAA, and I came here instead of my house, I got a plug on the flat, and I now have that as a spare, and I got new tires for a good price.

I found them after having a bad experience with Goodyear. The guys are awesome, honest and will not perform any work you do not approve. I have begun taking ALL my company vehicles there. Recently, after my dealership tried to charge me $300 for basic work I called them and they were able to do the work for $100.

I signed up online for a specific set of tires at a specific price. I received a call from the store stating the tires were in Texas. The sales agent wanted me to pay the shipping at $13/tire. I told them to cancel the order and I'd go elsewhere. I received a call back a few minutes later stating the manager would pay for the shipping. The outcome was good, but it seemed to be bait and switch to me. I'm still going somewhere else for the tires.

Kauffman tire offers lower than average prices for its tires (because the price also includes services for which most dealers charge extra, for example valve stems and lifetime free rotation). However, service was slow, possibly because I did not have an appointment. Also, the sales person was not knowledgable of the product ratings, such as treadwear, temperature, and traction. Do your own reasearch to know if you're getting the quality you want!
