I just had my first filler and Botox equivalent session. Dr. Kavali and her staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I do not know the results, but if they are good, this place is a gem.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kavali to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. Her staff is professional and kind and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Kavali took the time to go answer all of my questions and sat with me for over 2 hours my first visit. I can't say enough good things about her and her practice!

I had breast reduction surgery last year. In the planning stages, I met with a few plastic surgeons in the Atlanta area, in order to decide who would be the most suitable one for me. Right from the start, I was impressed by everyone I spoke with in Dr. Kavali's office. Her staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Her PA's (Maggie and Alicia) are 1st class experts and a real pleasure to talk to. Dr. Kavali is incredibly knowledgeable and happens to be one of the most valued plastic surgeons in the States (I did a lot of research too - ) However, what really put me at ease was her incredibly friendly disposition and her genuine concern about my well-being. I could tell that she really cared and was completely upfront and honest about the procedure and the expected results. I had no doubts she was the right doctor for my breast reduction. Dr. Kavali was not a "preferred provider" in my health insurance plan, but I decided it was worth taking out a loan and going with the surgeon I truly felt comfortable with. I am extremely happy with the results and my only regret is I didn't do it years ago! I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Kavali! I will be forever grateful to her for helping me get to a point in my life where I can look in the mirror and say, "I really love my breasts!!"

I resisted having a breast reduction for years because I was scared of having such a major surgery. As soon as I had my consultation with Dr. Kavali, I was sold and couldn't wait to have it done. Her entire staff was welcoming, warm, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made the tough/uncomfortable parts so easy, and I really had a sense that they truly care about their patients' satisfaction. If I could have known what a smooth experience this surgery would be with Kavali, I would have done it long ago.

Dr. Kavali is such a caring person. She spent so much time with me. When I had my surgery I felt well taken care of and the results are great! I have also had botox and fillers with her Physicians Assistants and couldn't be happier. Everyone their is friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

I've just been in to the office for a 6 month checkup after my tummy tuck surgery, and am thrilled with my results!! I must say that I was initially very apprehensive to have this procedure but Dr. Kavali and her staff put me at ease. They shared their personal experiences and answered all of my questions. Her office staff is phenominal and I always feel welcome and at ease every time I come to the office. I have been back for both Botox and Fillers which were administered by her Physician's Assistants and love that they are so precise, gentle, and caring. I'm already thinking about my next surgical procedure and won't hesitate to return.

dr kavali canceled my surgery within 2 minutes of talking to me,When I asked too many questions she became angry with me,I assured her i was sorry and only trying to understand the procedure. She responded "too late".I left in tears with her lipo marks still drawn on.I should have paid attention to her other poor reviews.

Dr. Kavali often has assistants do the work. The first time I went everything went fine w/ my 1st botox. THAT girl was experienced. At same time I was asking what I could do to fix a below eye wrinkle and Kavali came in and suggested Juvederm for that and my lips. The lips looked fine, but the eye thing left a lump. Later in the year I went back for some more botox. This time it was a new girl injecting. I showed her my lump, but she said she didn't see it. She talked me into more botox then the original girl stating the previous girl was much more conservative. BIG MISTAKE. A week later I looked like Quasimoto with my eyes going into ptosis. Particularly my right eye. Dr. Kavali said it was common, should only last a few weeks and wrote an expensive Rx drops to speed up the process. It GOT MUCH WORSE. She offered to give me free "T" botox injections next time. Free botox totaling around 150 is not going to make up for me looking like a freak for over 3 months. Nor does even make up for them convincing me to get almost 500 worth of botox. I went to another PS, and he said it WAS NOT COMMON had happened once in 10 years. He also noticed my juv lump. He told me the only thing that would help was time. After 3 months it started to fade, but a over year later still shows when I am tired. Now I have crows feet from squinting so much during when my eye was almost drooped shut for 3 months. Juv lump is gone, but I have tiny lip issue. Pics Avail!

I'm a guy and I was rather shy about seeking help for my male breasts. I went to see several surgeons and settled on Dr. Kavali. She set my mind at ease more so than the other doctors. I felt well informed and cared for through out my surgery and recovery. The results have been great and I feel much more confident in my appearance. -Rick

Dr. Kavali performed a tummy tuck on me about a year ago, and I had awesome results! From the beginning, my entire experience with her office was pleasant. The staff made me feel comfortable the minute I arrived for my consultation. The consultation was thorough, and I felt like I had a good understanding of my upcoming surgery. Scheduling the surgery went smoothly as well. The evening prior to my surgery, the anesthesiologist called me to introduce herself and see if I had any last minute questions- I thought that was a nice touch, since you don't normally speak with the anesthesiologist. The evening of my surgery, Dr. Kavali personally called me to see how I was doing. It's been a year now, and my scar looks great; totally hidden under my bikini, smooth and flat. Before my surgery, I was always embarrassed to put my swimsuit on, but less than a month after my tummy tuck, I was on a beach in Florida feeling good about myself! I now have my feminine figure back! I am so thankful that I chose Dr. Kavali to perform my surgery.

I had surgery with Dr. Kavali in April and absolutely loooved her and her whole entire staff! Dr. Kavali has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever used, she made me feel really comfortable before my surgery and was very sensitive to my needs, she made every effort to ensure I was aware of every aspect of the breast augmentation surgery. She even called to see how I was doing the night of my surgery. I would recommend her to all patients who are thinking about having cosmetic surgery!

They were having a special on Restylane. One of the nurses did my lips. She assured me she had done at least 1,000. I was not happy with the results. Dr. Kavali called me herself to follow up and see if I was happy with the results. I told her no. I had some bubbles on my lips and my top lip was the one I had wanted fuller and it was not. She told me to come back in. She removed the bubbles and made it look better. She followed up again a month later and I told her I was still not happy with the results. She wanted to do anything to make me a satisfied patient. I went back in and she put Restalyne in my nasal folds. It looked great. She did it herself and did not charge me anything. I had no brusing at all. She wants all her patients to be satisfied with the work she does. She takes it personally if someone is not happy with her work. I will go back to Dr. Kaveli for Sculptra. I think she truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Kavali's practice takes the "care" out of healthcare. Her practice is aimed at extorting the most amount of money from the patients just to cancel the surgery at the last minute and still charge you for the time spent consulting for the non-existent surgery and provide a somewhat petty reason for not doing the surgery. I consulted with Dr. Kavali over a one year period as we applied for and got approved for surgery with my insurance company. After scheduling the surgery and spending precious time rescheduling my life plans, and after paying my portion of the surgery ahead of time (yes she pre-bills her patients) Dr. Kavali cancelled the surgery with no reason whatsoever. And yes she still billed me for it. And to top it off she sent me a very rude note. Too bad the Board excuses rudeness and extortion. And with each note requesting a refund of my money she has met it with childish notes claiming that her time is precious and needed to be billed. What about the patient's time? Steer clear, and look for a doctor who puts the care in healthcare and is not motivated by money. Pure and simple.

I am a patient at Dr. Kavali's Sona Laser Center, but went to her office for another reason. At both places, the staff are professional and courteous and the service is provided efficiently. Unlike most medical facilities, my experience at Dr. Kavali's office was pleasant. Also, Dr. Kavali herself took time with me and I didn't feel like cattle being pushed through as quickly as possible.

Dr. Kavali is wonderful, she takes her time, and she is definitely an expert in her field. I have seen her for injections a few times and she is very precise.
