Horrible experience! I went to this kay jewelers to have my rings inspected and was provided with terrible customer service. Lee was rude, disrespectful, and most importantly not professional or helpful. Any time I tried to ask a question or explain the situation, he spoke over me. When I tried having a conversation with another employee, he went in the back and turned the volume of the music up so high that we wouldn't be able to hear each other. I also asked for my rings back and he wouldn't answer or give them to me. He also started doing another customers inspection before completing mine. When asked for a manager, he told me he was the acting manager, which makes the situation worse! Not sure why Kay Jewelers would have someone that is horrible at customer service and flat out rude and disrespectful be a part of their front line staff and 'act' as a manager! All around a frustrating experience. We will never go to this Kay again and definitely won't be buying any more jewelry from the chain either!
