They service guy was very helpful and I got the standard car was after my service. They said it would take an hour or less but it took about an hour and fifteen minutes. Not a big deal but I had to meet someone so I would rather they tell me it's going to take longer or stick to the time quoted. All in all good service that was the only issue I had.

The buying experience was great - no complaints there. The service experience as "Discover Infiniti" was well above average. Even after the new owners took over, the service experience stayed pretty positive. However, lately they have not managed to fix my car's problems - it took an independent mechanic to find the problem and fix it for good. And often they seem a bit rushed, so it's hard to tell whether their mechanics are really getting the full story. Of course, you're always treated well, it's nice to get a loaner car when you need to leave your car, the waiting room is comfortable, and your car is returned washed. But for my now-10+ year old Infiniti, I've exchanged ambience and perks for actually having the car repaired. That said, I would buy another Infiniti from these people in an instant!

Have had my car serviced here for last 8 years, and what a change from the last Infiniti dealer I brought it to. These guys listen, do what they say they will, and are reasonable priced. Recently were purchased, now Kearny Mesa Infiniti, but can-do attitude hasn't changed.

But whatever, they still deliver great service on my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with their efficeny in getting me in and out and my car fixed the right way the first time!
