I'm sorry to say I won't return to these vets. Since they are AAHA rated, I had high hopes for above average care. This is not the case. I've had two cats in their care for 2 years and they've refused to see them on two occasions because it was inconvenient. This last attempted visit, my elderly cat was in crisis and they were unwilling to take her right away due to vaccination appointments. They seem unable to prioritize. Additionally, I've never had a visit that was less than $500.00. They want to run every test in the book but are unable to give you an estimate before you make the decision. In both of my cats cases, the tests never revealed a source of illness - so we tried many, many various expensive medicines and both of them are still in need of professional care. I've lived all over the country and never run into this sort of situation before. I can't get out quickly enough.

I want to apologize if we let you down. We really try to give the best care to our clients and patients. They are all important to us. We will certainly give estimates for services when asked, and try to work with clients to get them the best care for their money. We gladly let clients drop off acutely ill patients at any time during regular business hours. No matter how full the schedule is we'll work them in. The only time we turn sick patients away is when there isn't a doctor here. At those times we refer to a 24 hour or emergency hospital that we know and trust.
