The salesperson was quite knowledgeable and gave all the information about the vehicle. He asked questions on financing and had all the paperwork in place. He was very friendly and understanding. He has done an outstanding job.

I bought my Rav 4 at Keith Pierson a few years ago and love the vehicle itself and the buying experience was one of the best out of the 5 I have had. But more recently I have enjoyed the continuous good service I get when taking my vehicle in for maintenance. Nick is great, the amount of time spent there is minimal, and the quality of service is excellent. Let's not forget the treats I can get from the cafe while waiting and the fact that I can get some work done using the Wi-Fi if I only have enough time to get my car serviced on my lunch break. It's almost time for an upgrade and I will be coming back to Keith Pierson.

He understood that we had to walk around the show room or go to children's area since we had our almost 2 years old with us. He understood that the first day we were there we had to leave to take him home and he called us later that day to let us know if we were approved for the car.

I originally came to Toyota for service on my 2011 Prius purchased elsewhere. I fell in love with the Service Department, which simply carried forward to Sales. I am a very happy customer.

Everything went so smoothly. The sales person helped us understand the financing terms, warranties and all paperwork we signed. Everything was simple and easy. The dealership is very modern, clean and has courteous employees.

Jackie was wonderful! She put me at ease immediately, and asked me the important questions and showed me the car of my dreams. She took me on a test drive, and then showed me how everything and the car worked and answered all of my questions. When I decided to buy it, she went to bat for me on the price. I will gladly recommend her to any friends in the future who may be looking for a new car.

Marcus was a really great salesperson. Very helpful at explaining what was happening. I wish I had more time, i jumped in and took off. I didn't get a chanve to ask how things worked..which was my fault. Keep the great sales and services.

Dear Mr. Pierson, This is a very satisfied customer letter. On the 4th of May, my wife and I entered your dealership with thought of buying a replacement vehicle for a 2004 Corolla, bought in 2003. We were introduced to "Jackie" Saint-Pierre and polite, no pressure professional service started. We looked at a Prius V, a RAV 4 and a Corolla LE. The Prius was eliminated because of the horizontally split back window, I found it too distracting. The RAV 4 was also turned down; we didn't need a second station wagon. Our other car is a 2009 Venza and my wife, who drives more than I do, loves it. This process got us to a new Corolla, Jackie found the vehicle with various options that met my needs for transportation. Thank you very much! So why am I a satisfied customer? I have owned several fine cars over the years; an Impala, Chevy station wagon, two Ford station wagons, a Sunbeam Alpine, several motorcycles, Nissans, Hondas, Mazdas, two Saabs and a BMW. The purchase of the 2013 Corolla with Jackie's help is the first time that I did not feel uneasy with the seller. For the first time I am satisfied and a happy driver. We had visited 3 dealearships during the day already. It was getting late at night and we were just simply tired of dealing with car salespeople who were rude and lowered our excitement. We were done looking at cars! At the last minute we had decided; lets visit this dealership. We went in and felt at home. Jeana made us feel comfortable. We were starving, she literally gave us dinner, we were stressed and she made us at ease. It was the best car experience we've ever had! We love our car and will remember Jeana forever.
