Martial Arts Perfection
Kids can learn respect and key values important for growing up. They also learn stranger awareness and ways to defend themselves in different situations. Offers great exercise and opportunities to grow in the sport. As for adults, Keller ATA offers programs that can fit whatever your looking for; fitness, competition, family, or a sport that you can join in with your kids. With all different levels of competition you can find whats right for you. In other words its perfect for everyone of all ages.

Best Taekwondo in Keller
Both of my children really love the classes at Keller ATA. They are learning self control, respect for self and others and many other important lessons in this family friendly atmosphere.

Keller ATA is great for kids and adults
My older son earned his Black Belt with Ms. Nero and my younger son liked it so much he wanted to take classes. Mary and Gabby are great with the kids. They help them deal with strangers and bullying while teaching them self confidence and respect. It's such a good workout that they talked me into joining too. There are no contracts and everyone is very friendly. They also have a great leadership program and teach ATA Creative and XMA forms and weapons.

We recommend Keller ATA
Keller ATA has given my son, who has ADHD, a sport that he loves and has succeeded in! Mary is wonderful with children! With a touch of love and laughter, she knows what they are capable of and expects no less. She reinforces the same family values that we teach at home while also teaching the sport of Taekwondo, discipline and self control. When you walk into the family oriented atmosphere you feel at home and welcomed. And after 3 years, my 7 & 9 year old still look forward to their lessons at Keller ATA!

Keller ATA Review.
Mary Nero is very good with kids. She teaches them discipline and respect for others. I would highly recomend Keller ATA for anyone looking for a fun and reasonably priced activity.
