One cannot buy “professionalism”…but, one finds it with Gloria. She listens, feeds back, seeks what one requests and immediately acts upon appropriate properties. Simply stated…there are no surprises…she is a genuine advocate for the buyer or seller. On separate occasions, we have hired her as a seller’s agent and as a buyer’s agent. Within a short period of time, she has produced viable results. Among her many attributes as a realtor, she guides, recommends, researches, stages the home and follows through with every detail and concern. We feel like we have a blueprint to look at from the start of the process to the completion of the sale. One couldn’t ask for more. We did not know her before hiring her. This was my first home purchase. I was unsure of the whole process. Gloria walked me through from the beginning to the end. She was great! We spent many months looking. Gloria was very informative. She was also very friendly and patient with me. I was constantly given new houses to review through the portal she set up for me. She referred me to a mortgage company, Inspection company and termite company. She also had a list of vendors to use if I needed them. Gloria mad me feel right at home. Excellence at its best!

Gloria was very helpful in the purchase of my new home. She basically did everything for me from matching me with a lender, finding my dream home and arranging an inspection. She was prompt and very patient with all my requests and was extremely determined in finding my dream home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and honest agent. I would definitely use her again should the time arise.
