Adam is far and away the best realtor I've ever had. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but Adam supported me throughout. He's smart, detail-oriented and concerned while also being friendly and fun. Five stars isn't enough but it's all I'm allowed to give! I would recommend him to my closest friends and everyone else. I have complete confidence in him and would definitely go to him in the future. He's a quality professional and a great person. You won't be sorry!

Adam is incredible and EXTREMELY patient when it comes to finding the best deals in the Atlanta real estate market. His personality is very genuine and he exhibits true compassion for his clients. If you're looking for the best that Atlanta has to offer, look no further.

I had been working on a loan modification for two years to no avail. The whole process was as stressful as it can get. I was at my wit's end when I decided to explore my other options. That is when I came across Adam's name and set a meeting with him.

Adam discussed all of my options with me. I could continue with the loan modification in hopes that it will be resolved. Or I could rent my condo unit (in Midtown). Or I could start the short sale process. At that time the rental process was looking like the best opportunity and Adam was ready to help me get started. Literally the next day I found out that my HOA fees went up from $333/mo to $673/mo! The rental fee wouldn't even come close to covering the whole mortgage let alone this crazy monthly fee!

We started the short sale process. Amazingly, and with Adam's due diligence, we had a buyer within two months! Even with that exorbitant HOA fee. After Adam did his bit brilliantly it was 'hurry up and wait' for the banks to do their thing. Six-months later, with Adam by my side the whole time, we finally closed.

Adam even took his services to the next step and helped me find a new place to live. Something that I was worried about considering the situation.

The whole short sale process is daunting, stressful, and what could have been shameful. But Adam never judged and always made me feel better about my situation. He is FANTASTIC and highly recommended!
