We just purchased a lake home on Lake Lanier with Charlotte's help. She provided a great primer on lake considerations and helped us rule out many properties without having to drive all over seeing them. We could not be happier! We thought it would be difficult (if not impossible)to sell our house in "today's market" - however, Charlotte's marketing plan was tailored for just that.
We were always kept "up to the minute" on any information concerning the sale of our house. From day one of listing to the closing date, we always felt as though Charlotte was working hard for us!
She's a smart and hard working person who I would not hesitate to work with again!

Knowledgeable, Organized and Above & Beyond sum up our experience with Charlotte both with the purchasing and selling of a home. She can answer any questions you throw at her for any scenario, she remembers everything, and will do anything to help you accomplish your goal of selling/purchasing. I would and have recommended her to anyone who asks for realtor services. She also has great partnerships with loan officers, law offices and any other expertise you may need through the process of selling/purchasing.

We found Charlotte on her website when we were planning to move to Georgia from Florida. We came up for a couple of days and she spent the entire time taking us to many homes. We loved the first home we saw and we were going to do a contract the next day. Charlotte called us at the hotel that night as she had been researching the home and found some road improvement issues that were coming in the future that would impact our home. Her honesty and integrity was appreciated. She looks out for her clients. We found an even better home the next day and went back to Florida. Charlotte handled the rest. All we had to do was show up for closing. She made everything so easy and effortless for us. She is the most knowledgeable realtor we have every dealt with and believe me you will be impressed. She was a godsend !!!!!
