Kelly's Body Shop

Please do some research before you use Kelly's Body Shop. They attempted to fix my car (slight body damage) and they are an authorized State Farm shop but when I went to pick up my car, the repair was shoddy and way below standards. They offered to repair it again so I agreed. They kept my car for 4 additional days and when I went back the second time to pick up my car, it was awful. The repairs were sub-standard and were not done correctly. I left and called State Farm immediately. I had to pay another shop to fix the car and State Farm is standing behind me.

I took my car to Kelly's for the first time this week and have to say that I am impressed with what I have seen. They were not only professional but they really did a great job. I shopped around for a while to have a small rust patch fixed and these guys were priced below many other places in the area. I would definitely take my car back to them in the future for any body repairs (hopefully I won't need any!). I will recommend them highly to anyone I know looking to have some repairs done.

Great auto technicians and state of the art body shop, too. They are knowledgable and kind, welcoming and accomodating. The lobby is very comfortable and shop is clean. I have been a customer of Sam's for 12 years, he's kept my cars in fabulous shape and has always been up front and honest. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else!!

I have been taking my car to Kelly's for a couple of years now. I have had mechanical and body work done there. I have always been pleased with the work they have done, and there prices are reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and co-workers. Everyone that I have recommended Kelly's to has come back and said what good work they have done. The company I work for now also takes all of our company vehicles there, including the owner of the company's personal vehicle.

I have been to Kelly?s four times and they have treated me with the utmost respect. The first time was about a year ago when my girlfriend had her Acura?s bumper replaced after a small fender bender. She didn?t want to report the accident to her insurance company, but she wanted her car fixed with a factory finish. Kelly?s fixed the car at a reasonable price and the results looks like a factory finish. In the past I have been to other discount body shops only to be disappointed with poor quality paint that peals and blisters later. We were glad to spend the money and get a great finished product. Not long ago my BMW was ran into by another driver while it was parked. This time the other party?s insurance was going to pay the bill, so I went to Kelly?s. Bryan at Kelly?s dealt with the insurance company and set up a rental car for me. Needless to say the paint came out great! Another time I had a problem with my car making noise. I brought the car back to Kelly?s because they also have a full service shop. Sam, the service manager, took the time to explain what the problem was in terms I could understand. He had to special order the parts, but once he got them the car was fixed in a day. Most recently my cousins VW wagon needed a timing chain. She brought it to a VW shop in town and they quoted her $2000.00. I told her to give Sam a call. Same fixed the car for half the price and threw in a free oil change. If you are looking for a cheap shade tree fix, this is not the place to go. If you are willing to pay a reasonable price for top quality work, Kelly?s should be your first choice. ? Cory
