After noticing some properties that KLM treated and cared for I had high expectations that they where a solid company. After hiring them we started to have some issues with them. Our tree and shrub guy knocked on our door and notified us that he wouldn't be able to spray the pesticide and fungicide due to equipment failure and he would put in a service call to come back soon to finish the treatment. 2 weeks later I had to call into the office to see if I missed him and the tech never bothered entering the call. Shortly after that they came back out to complete the job. We also signed up for an aeration, they called ahead like they were supposed to, but didn't bother calling us until nearly 6pm that night, citing once again they had equipment failure and would have to reschedule. They finally came out a few weeks later and did a really good job aerating the lawn. Here recently we switched over from the winter, to summer schedule that included weekly mowing visits, however the last 2 weeks my lawn has not been mowed. Not to mention they also missed by back yard a few times as well. If you want to babysit your landscaper this is the company for you!

Have made two appointments to meet with David - he did not show up either time. The timeliness of treatments is good; however, not showing up when you are an existing customer is NOT good. I will be changing services.
