Kelly was excellent throughout my entire home buying experience. She was very quick at returning phone calls and was patient throughout all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. She did not try to pressure me into buying a house, but let me move forward at my own pace. Once I found the house I wanted, she was also great at negotiating with the other party and was even able to make them agree to some stipulations on which I had almost given up. Her recommendations on both an inspector and lender were excellent as well, I was able to close on time without any issues. Kelly really knows her way around the Atlanta real estate market and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

I would absolutely refer Kelly to friends and family. Our experience with her was great, and if we had used any other realtor, I don't think that our old house would have sold or that we would be in the house we are in today. She worked very hard to coordinate and negotiate with other realtors to make the deals happen.

We were fortunate enough to have met Kelly at an open house in fall 2009. We felt very comfortable with Kelly right away, but didn't begin our home-buying process for a couple of months. We were first-time home buyers, and Kelly treated us to dinner and patiently took the time to explain the home buying process to us in detail. Kelly also took the time to hear our desires for a home but was also honest with us about what we could expect within our price range. She was never pushy and we didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us on something for the commission. When we finally made an offer on our home Kelly helped us negotiate a contract that worked for us and kept us informed through the process. Two months later, we closed on our house and could not feel more confident with our choices thanks to Kelly's help and advice. Kelly can also recommend service providers that she has dealt with personally for everything from home loan financing, to home inspection, and any home contractors you could need. We will definitely recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a new home.

We knew we were going to contact Kelly Marsh to sell our house as soon as we decided we were ready to move. She helped us in the past sell our condo in no time at all and we were hoping she would do the same again. Kelly came through once again. My Husband and I entered into the home buying market completely clueless, but with the assistance of Kelly we had a great first time home-buyers experience. She walked us through all of the paperwork, held our hand when we were scared, and even gave us recommendations on what contractors might be good for us.
