Took my Saturn Sky due to loss of power. They checked it out and found that the catalytic converter was having issues. They researched it and told me that this issue was covered 100% by a GMC dealer. They recommended Carl Black Buick.Pontiac.GMC. (see review for them as well) Thank you again to my service team at Kennesaw Auto Center for being Honest. You guys have set the bar really high in this area. Keep up the great work.

My 77 year old grandmother takes her car to Kennesaw Auto Center located at 2255 Moon Station Court Kennesaw GA 30144, and requests a basic oil change for her 1998 Grand Marquis. The total invoice amount came to $897.91, which was charged to her credit card. The paper invoice shows not only an oil change, but a vast array of other services apparently performed on the vehicle that nobody requested. After going in to question the auto center about this bill, they indicate that my grandmother requested these services over the phone. It should be noted that my grandmother is not even remotely familiar with the services that she supposedly requested. I was eventually asked to leave the premises of the auto center after requesting a refund for the unwanted services, and was instructed to never return. The Kennesaw police were also called and later indicated that I would be arrested for trespassing if I shall ever return to the premises. The Kennesaw Auto Center is obviously taking advantage of their customers, specifically the elderly.

I took my 85 Toyota Pickup in Thursday evening to check out an oil leak. Wesley told me they were pretty booked and set me up for 9:00am Friday morning. He asked if I'd be waiting or if they could drop me off anywhere which was already a notch up over the last shop. I got there Friday and decided to hang out. They got my truck in immediately and the lounge was nice with TV, coffee and free wifi. Wesley kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the techs found the leak. We decided on a plan of action and I am very comfortable with it. Overall I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys.

My husband and I drive from Roswell and in the past, Rome, just because we know these guys always shoot straight! They do as little or as much as you can afford, give a COMPLETE breakdown of cost and time and recommend repairs in order of importance. THEN, they follow up when they say they will. The place is spotless, bright and friendly. This place runs like a well-maintained engine!!!

Our car suddenly needed some work, new water pump and gasket, a new serpentine belt, and an idle pulley. Our first experience with Kennesaw Auto Center got off on the wrong foot, which turned out to be an honest mistake. The quote we were given for the repairs was a quite a bit higher than expected due to labor charges. The Manager called us up to get a handle on the issue and work to fix things for the future. Long story short, our first impression wasn't the right one. Mistakes happen and the Manager was eager to make things right. Although we had the repair done at a different shop this time, I look forward continuing to do business with Kennesaw Auto Center in the future. Thanks Ben!

This place is just great! Service is very good. Customer service is very good. Kind employees, thorough, quality service. Use them for all of our cars and we have always been pleased over the past year of doing business here. They really care about their customers, the service they provide, and their reputation. They stand behind their work. Love this place.

I went have been here twice. They were very up front and honest with what did and didn't need to be done with my car. They were timely and very concerned with keeping repairs within my budget. I tried this repair facility out, based on the Kudzu reviews. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with their efficiency and honesty. Ben, the manager, treated me from the start as a valued customer, patiently explaining my options, cost, exactly what they would do and his best estimate as to how long it would take. The charges were fair, and I received a very detailed breakdown of what was done and the charges for each service and part. The facility is clean and neat, and employees maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Free WiFi is available in the waiting area. I will return here again.

These guys have been taking care of my family's cars for years. Even when they could have made tons of money keeping one of my old cars running, they actually encouraged me to get a new one. That's honesty! They always offer me plenty of options and alternatives to a more pricy repair if I can't afford it at the time. We live in East Cobb and drive all the way over to the heart of Kennesaw to the only guys we trust!

I have been using them for 10 years and I am still astounded by their 100% honesty and forthright information. They always are wanting to make the experience very satisfying.

This shop came highly recommended to me and I'm so glad I started using them! There prices are the lowest around and they are completely trustworthy. There have been many times when I thought my cars needed a certain service and they have told me it wasn't necessary. I refer everyone I know!

I am always leary of repair shops just because they are so often dishonest. I have heard nothing but good things about this place and we have used them now several times with no complaints. I don't feel we've been using them long enough to warrant a 5-star rating, but that may change in the future.

I wish this was the same place it was 20 years ago. They have gotten much bigger than in the past. They do not pay as much attention to customers as they do to the profit / bottom line. The small personalized care they used to provide has been replaced by a corporate / non personal feel. Their quality has suffered and they do not provide as a good a service as they did years ago.
