Kennesaw Pediatrics

I was pretty eager to tour this office for my upcoming birth. Got there at 5:30, I guess as they were seeing their last few patientssomehow a child who was waiting on her mother in the lobby was mistakingly included on our evening tour while the mother was checking out her other childok, I guess this is a mistake on both their parts- don't leave your 9 yr old in the Lobby to wait on you alone, and be sure you verify the participants of your guided tourwhat really got me was the fact that when the mother noticed her daughter missing from the lobby, she immediately stepped out to her car to see if she had gone therethe office locked their doors on this last patient and when the woman returned just moments later, she found the office doors locked. We, who were on the tour had the awkward displeasure of listening to a frantic parent bang on the lobby door for 12 solid minutes while not a single person regarded her. Even the doctor on tour with us expressed his annoyance for the strange knocking.wasn't until we saw a frantic woman peering into our tour from a random window and scream and point "that's my daughter in there!!!" that anyone from the office paid her attention! Her daughter was on our tour and we all thought she belonged to someone on the tour!

Your practice has so many rooms (18) that you can't keep up with who your patients are, and you care less about a frantic mothers banging on your doors just minutes after closing. Thanks but no thanks....

Dr. Long and the other doctors and staff are great and we have been patients for many years! We love Kennesaw Pediatrics!

I have been taking my 2 children to Kennesaw Pediatrics for 4 years. I have always felt the doctors are genuinely interested and concerned in them both and work together with me to determine the best treatment. I am able to make appointments with my preferred doctor easily. It is great to be able to consistently see the same doctor. I actually like every single doctor we have seen, but my son usually goes to Dr. Long or Dr. Strauss, and my daughter goes to Dr.Brugner or Dr. Sarah. I always see an MD, they don't have PA's or NP's. We have had other pediatricians over the years and I can say that my experience with KP and Dr. Long has been the best. They are different, in all the right ways. I never feel like "just another patient/parent". I am confident that my kids are getting the best possible care with Dr. Long and Kennesaw Pediatrics

Since moving to the ATL area a year and a half ago, we have searched for a pediatric office to call homeafter 2 tries at other offices, we finally found it at Kennesaw Pediatrics! You won't find a more welcoming MD office anywherethe staff is amazing and the doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to make my children comfortable at every appointment. From the time you walk into the waiting room, you will notice the difference. From the trains to the wall murals to seeing Nemo and Dory in the aquarium, your children will not want to leave. In fact, as we were driving by the office last week, my 9-year old son asked me if he could go visit Dr. Strauss. What in the world? Have you ever heard of a kid asking to go to the doctor? It's just that kind of placethank you Kennesaw Pediatrics for all you have done and continue to do to keep my children healthy, you all are AWESOME!...

I just wanted to let people know what a wonderful Pediatric office that we have in Kennesaw!! I have two children- 11, and 13 who have been going to Kennesaw pediatrics since the youngest was 5. They Always have room for my children when they are sick, even when I call at 4:00! They are open on Saturdays and Sundays ( which I've never seen before!) and the Doctors and staff are always happy to see my kids. I have an asthmaic child who gets sick quite often and they always make me feel like my child is a priority and I never feel like they are rushed to get on to the next patient. That is invaluable to me. My Daughter mostly see's Dr. Brugner, but have seen Dr. Long ( who is so wonderful with the kiddos!) Dr. Yount, DR. Levine and Dr. Babu. My Son generally see's Dr. Strauss. Even when seeing Dr.'s that we may not see all the time, they seemed to have all their information at their fingertips and I felt really comforted by this!

Having just had a bout of Strep and then my poor little asthmatic having issues we have been at the office Twice this week and I just had to sing their praises!! Thank you so much to the Doctors and staff who are always so friendly, and take such great care of my kids!!

This is truly a fantastic office!
