I had doubts, but had a couple of word of good mouth referrals and got a tire installed by Ken. I've learned a lot more about balancing tires since getting the first one installed at Ken's, mostly thanks to a car with expensive wide tires and my other bike, which is old and kinda custom. In retrospect, I can say that Ken knows how to balance tires, without mistakes that I've seen or heard of. I've had no problems with the tires Ken installed, and I've had problems with tires he did not. As important as tires are on a bike, I'm not taking mine anywhere else anymore. As for prices, their price on my rear tires were very competitive but for some reason the fronts seemed high. I'm sure that's just my bike's tires, though. They're not a common model.
