Kentuckiana Plumbing

I just bought a foreclosed home and found I had much more serious plumbing problems than I knew. I called 3 plumbing companies for estimates. Kentuckiana Plumbing was almost half of the highest bidder.
Butch qouted me a price and told me that was what the end cost would be barring any cloggages. Butch arrived on time, did excellent work, and stuck to the price even though a couple of unforeseen problems came up. He also followed up in a couple days. Butch was very professional, friendly,and punctual. Even though he had other jobs to get to he did not rush and explained what he did and what to watch for in the future. I had asked several friends if they knew of any honest, trustworthy plumbers. They could not recommend anyone. I can definitely say that Kentuckiana Plumbing is not only honest and trustworthy they are great at their job. I will not be calling any other plumber if I have problems in the future.

I bought my house almost 3 years ago. The plumbing throughout the house consisted of ancient galvanized drain lines and leaking copper joints. I called Kentuckiana Plumbing, made an appointment for him to come look at the whole mess and get an estimate for replacing it. To my shock, they arrived exactly on time. This was a first for me. He proceeded to inspect the entire plumbing system and give me my options. Not one option, but several. After thinking it over for a few days, I decided to have the entire system replaced. On the day of installation, they again arrived on time and began immediate work. Though they were running out of daylight and could have just simply said we will come back and finish tomorrow, they stayed and worked well into the evening to assure I would A. not have to lose another day of work and B. not be another day without running water and drainage. I was blown away. Arrived on time. Worked late. And the cost was exactly as promised. No over charges, no hidden fees, no extras. I have since come to use them in the house for regular repairs. They even replaced two broken door knobs and put up a towel rack for me while they were here for no extra charge. I love these guys!!!
