I'm a real estate agent and have the opportunity to visit lots of properties providing concierge services. As an agent I often have lots of questions so my interaction with the concierge is pretty extensive. if the service is above average I always take note of the company providing the service. I recently had a hard-to-please client and during our exhausting search she paid very close attention to the people working the desks. Once she narrowed her list to 3 properties I realized that Key People Management was on 2 of the properties. They were by far the most impressive concierge/security people we encountered and it truly made a difference. My client purchased a unit at the Mayfair and is still raving about their service. They're the best I've seen.

This company places concierges in my community. They change staff more than they change underwear. It is annoying. They get rid of good concierges and give us concierges with poor attitudes and appearances that can never be found when they are needed. It seems to me something is wrong in the management department. If they can not be loyal and professional with their employees then why would the concierges even care enough to give us the proper service. This company needs to get it together and get a reality check.
