Keystone Property Renovation

Had the project been done correctly, I would be the first to recommend. In fact, I have other brick work that this company could have had.

However, the new patio is sloped back toward the house and side shed. While he did "correct" the problem by the shed by putting a brick "curb", it wasn't something we wanted.

The major problem though, water accumulating next to the house, is not being addressed. When contacted in February via e-mail, it was indicated it would be addressed within 3 days. I'm still waiting (April 19th). This is after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Now, I will have to get someone else to fix the work.

I'm still amazed that even after multiple discussions and concerns about slope, that the slope is completely incorrect.

The floating slab at my front landing needing replacing after the rains saturated it to the point of sagging in. For many things I am the DYI type but the scope of this project had me baffled. Randal did a top notch job from start to finish. I highly recomend this company.

We needed our front brick steps rebuilt and I received 3 quotes from Kudzu companies. Randal quoted the best price, did great work, showed up when he said he would, and offered a 3 year guaranty on the work. I would definitely call him again for any mason or concrete work.

We were very pleased with the new stone mailbox that Keystone constructed for us. It was hit by a delivery truck and the day after calling and getting a quote the mailbox was re-built good as new.
Nice work all around, would highly recommend.

I own a home in the midtown Atlanta area that had a fireplace that was falling apart. Keystone camae in and re did my firebox and grouted the entire exterior of the chimney & now the fireplace works like the house was new!
