Stay Away!, 8/22/2010

If you really want to be verbally abused by fat adolescent girls & made to wait endlessly for nothing, this is the place for you. I was told that in order to sell something we would need to wait... about 20 minutes as the "girls who look it over" are very busy. So we spent some time, climbing over stuff everywhere to look around. The clothing was faded & even stained. Most of what we found I would not have donated, but rather would have thrown away. The prices were high too. Another poor woman who was waiting to sell things told me she noticed that the clothing she had sold them, and been paid $2 for, was now marked as $12. So, after 35 minutes & a few reminders, we were finally verbally abused by a fat, freakish haired girl who told us that they were only buying toys & furniture today. We had only brought toys. Then she looked them over & asked us what Webkinz were. She had not heard of Webkinz, Liv dolls, or any of the popular brand name toys that we had. So after defending ourselves for no good reason , she tells us OK, she will take a few of the things & we just need to wait for the owner to give us a price. Another 20 minutes later, the owner tells us she is "not interested" in toys right now. No apology, just wasted over an hour of our time & humiliated us.
