Kids Creek Therapy has the been one of the best places I've stumbled upon during the 8 years of helping my son with his struggle with Autism. I cannot even begin to tell you how much he has grown with his progress, meeting and over coming goals since coming to Kids Creek. Not to mention, FABULOUS therapist, friendly staff, clean, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly compassionate about helping children. My son LOVES coming to therapy to see his therapist. I also have a 2 yr old as well that of course goes every where with me including his bros therapy... all the staff especially my oldest therapists just eat him up with attention! He was born with a cleft and is on the small side. Staff and therapists would always ask me how he was doing...if I expressed concerns they would sit with me and give me professional advise...for free...for a child they don't see or would get paid to see...just because they care! Now that's passion and love for what you do💜 Thank you Kids Creek we will never leave.😘

It's so scary when you figure out that your child needs help with developmental delays. In our case, it was for my son's speech delay. No one can take all of that fear away. But at Kid's Creek you get all the support you could ask for so that you can make it through even the tough times. I originally found Kid's Creek by looking online. But I truly believe that finding Lisa McCall was a godsend. She has not only been a great therapist she has become a trusted support to us the parents as well. As a therapist she has made a huge difference in my child's development in such a short time and because of her nurturing & caring nature my son thinks of her as a friend ( I do too) and looks forward to seeing her each week. In addition to all the great staff, the owner Melanie wants to make sure that every parent feels comfortable and even has monthly support groups to allow other mother's to connect. Anymore, many people just have a "job". But it is very clear that at Kid's Creek they really care and do the work because they love making a change in a child's life.

We were looking for a Summer Camp for our daughter who has Aspberger's. Kid's Creek was a unique, professional environment for her- we felt welcomed and were relieved after speaking with Monique. She took her time getting to know our situation in order to understand the kind of care we wanted for our daughter. They provided an excellent program to help her develop the skills she needed!

Monique Toole is a professional and polite mentor providing behavioral support for children with special needs. She took the time to answer all of my questions and valued my input and budget. She is genuinely a very engaging person and provided guidance and practical help for my daughter. I appreciated her candour and she has made my daughter feel a lot more comfortable and positive about applying new skills in social settings.

My husband and I took our son to be evauluated for a speech issue. We were so impressed by the range of therapeutic techniques that were used to give us a diagnosis. Everyone there made us feel at home and were so happy to answer any questions. We would be happy to recommend Kids Creek to any of our friends.

Our son worked with the PT for three years, receiving PT both at home and at the clinic. I can't say enough good about the quality of care we received. Our son, who is physically disabled, made tremendous strides thanks to The PT's competence and dedication. We are so grateful and we highly recommend this clinic to other families.

Love this facility! My 10 year old was having trouble swallowing and would break her food into tiny pieces! I asked my pediatrician and they suggested getting her some speech help because she had "tongue thrust" issues. I had never heard of it! I started checking around and realized that Kid's Creek had a SLP that dealt with this! They have been great!! I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter receives ST, OT, & PT from Kid's Creek. My husband and I absolutely have the utmost confidence in the work that is done at their facility. We have always been treated with such respect. The quality of care they possess is hard to find anywhere else. Kid's Creek has helped my daughter in ways we never thought possible! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see results! We love it!!

We have been receiving speech and occupational therapy at Kid's Creek for 5 years. During this time my son has made excellent progress. When we started he was only making minimal sounds and had a lot of problems transitioning from one activity to another. This caused lots of problems for us when we were out in public. He is now speaking in sentences and transitions much better in new situations. My therapists have been caring, kind and focused on helping my son to gain the skills he needed.

We took our 12-month boy for sitting/crawling deficiencies, he can't balance himself in a seated position without substantial support. This was our second time there. The friendly therapist took our boy from my wife, walked into the exercise room, and sat him on a raised platform. She then turned around and walked away. My wife ran but couldn't catch him before he fell, almost instantly, to the floor, face first, breaking his lip and heavily cutting his nose. My poor little boy was a mess, screaming, his face covered in blood. He landed exactly on his nose and teeth. He punctured his upper lip with his front teeth and heavily cut his nose, probably leaving a long-term scar. The staff was very apologetic and offered to call an ambulance. I hate to think that they might try to bill our insurance for "services rendered"! Needless to say, we canceled all future appointments and will move to CHOA.
