If your looking for a trusting, and quality daycare; Kids Depot is the place. The faculty is professional, the facility is clean, they teach Spanish and material that will better prepare them for kindergarten. I'm a VERY pickey parent, with trust issues especially when it comes to my kids. So if your in the market for a quality daycare, where your mind can be at ease when separated from your kids; Kids Depot is the place. Michelle

I have both my kids at Kids Depot and I am extremely happy with the school. My 4 1/2 year old has learned so much there. They have really taken the time to prepare her for kindergarten. I believe it will be an easy transition for her. We now have our 10 month old there as well and I believe we will have the same experience as we did with our first born. All of the teachers and office staff really love the children as their own. I think they all deserve more money then they are given, it takes special people to be able to do that job....thank you!!

We have found this place to be an excellent provider of preschool curriculum, as well as being a safe and loving place for our children! Our kids are well prepared for kindergarten. And actually, when our older son entered kindergarten, he was advanced in his knowledge and skills compared to most of his classmates that had attended a different preschool. Kids Depot has a great staff! The teachers are excellent and very loving! The tuition is more expensive than other places, but well worth the investment! You get what you pay for. As for the bad reviews, if you are putting down a teacher or the curriculum, I suggest learning how to spell and using grammar correctly first. You are your kids first teacher.

I have just recently relocated to Chula Vista from Los Angeles and I had decided to use Kids Depot due to the caring staff that brought warmth to my heart. They are very warm, kind, and loving which I believe every kid needs in their daily lives. One particular incident I would like to share with all of you, is that after relocating to Chula Vista, I had come to an extreme hardship and was very stressed out with my financial situation and was currently looking for a new job. These times were very tough with the economy being bad; however, learning that Kids Depot was under new ownership of Reuben and Natasha Katz; they were very caring and understanding of my situation and was willing to work with me because to them, my daughter was important. Reuben and Natasha Katz are very kind, loving, and caring people and they generate a staff who can also deliver the same personalities as them, which is important in running a good daycare facility. I am proud and I thank God everyday that I have ran into good people such as Reuben and Natasha and I would highly recommend to all the people out there that Kids Depot is a great daycare facility to bring your child. Your child will always be in good hands of a wonderful staff. Last but not least, I would like to give credit to the Director of Kids Depot, Ms. Nelly. She too is a wonderful and caring person and I can't thank her enough for the person she is to me and my child. Thank you again Reuben, Natasha, and Nelly. God Bless.

I'm a first time mom, leaving my daughter to go back to work was difficult, but at kids depot I found a place where my daughter is safe and most of all loved. The staff is wonderful!! Easy to talk to and willing to work on my baby's needs. I highly recommend kids depot to any parents with newborns!!!!

My daughter and son attend Kids depot. They have been in the school for over two years and love it! The teachers are loving, caring and my children learn so much every day. My wife and I read below some parents complaints and can honestly say they are so wrong! The new owners are wonderful. They took over back in December and have completely renewed the place! My children both get Taekwondo karate included and they put in all new cameras in the classrooms. My son is in their big4 and he is way ahead of all of his friends getting ready for kindergarten. I wouldn't trust anyplace else with my children. I've personally thanked the new owners for their great work and dedication. I see them almost every day and that is something I never saw before, they seem to really care. Most of all I love the teachers. In the past two years I've gotte to know them and they are so wonderful. Congratulations Kids Depot and keep up the great work! We're really happy and don't pay attention to the naysayers below...we know they're probably just jealous former staff.

Since the recent change in ownership and management, Kids Depot has really disappointed me. Several expirenced teachers have left and they have been replaced with less expirenced ones. In the last few weeks about 10 hightly respected and loved teachers have left. Several of the "new" changes have consisted of trimming the fat and only have financially benefited the owners, while the kids keep having activities taken away. It seems that the new owners are more concerned about the bottom-line ($$$) and less with their employees or more importantly, the kids.

The teachers in this school are not competent; they are not qualified to teach. Some of the teachers can barely speak English. The classroom are very crowded, you call that a school, I call that a zoo.

I love Kid's Depot! My son has attended Kid's Depot since he was 6 months old and will stay all the way until Kindergarten. The Staff and Teachers are really genuine and so nurturing to your children. They have a personal relationship with you and your child and knows your child just as well you do, meaning...they enjoy what they do. I love the structured environment and they believe it's never too early for your child to learn. From reading, singing, and arts and crafts all from the young age of 6 weeks. Not to mention they offer Kinderview! So while I'm at work I have the pleasure of viewing my son through a secured website and see his daily activities. I highly recommend Kid's Depot to all parents in need of QUALITY CHILDCARE with affordable tuition! Please go and take a tour, you'd be happy that you did.

I have read some of the reviews on here and I strongly disagree! I made a Kudzu account just so I could warn people about Kids Depot. The staff is short handed, they do not seem to care about the kids at all, and whenever I went to pick up my son he was so relieved I was finally there. My son was 7 years old when he went to that daycare and he would cry when I would drop him off and this was weird behavior because he has been to daycares ever since he was 6 months old. He did not like the place he said the teachers were mean and the food was gross. I tried to get him out of there as soon as possible we are now at La Petite and he loves it! Also at Kids Depot I did not like their curriculum. And their front desk staff is extremely rude, and they seem very unorganized and I am a person of no clutter whatsoever! Bad place I'm telling you if you want quality care this is not the place for any kids to stay!!!! Hope this is a helpful comment:)

Our daughter has been there since she was 10 months old (she's 5 years old now) and they have provided wonderful care and nurturing to our daughter. The staff are like family and treat the children with lots of love and respect. I highly recommend this daycare / preschool to all who are looking for a trusted center with a wonderful staff.

There is a rating below. They picked up their kids, tired and hungry. I think these people are more booked than they have the people and resources to handle. One of the kinds of places that is much more concerned with the bottom line. There is NO reason I would ever return here. Thank you.

I felt like we were all one big family, What was best for my child was always the 1st priority. The cameras in the class room are great, when I missed my son I could pop on the internet and see him play. I would get calls just to say he was doing great. Everyone at the facility knew my son and would smile and say "hi." I know they care for my son and it has enabled me to go back to school with out being worried. When my son walks in he runs to give his teachers hugs and often clings to them and says "mine" when we have to leave.

The best investment I have for my child yet. Feels like I have enrolled him in regular school. The cirriculum is great. The staff is very professional and couteous. The facility is a new place with up to date technology. They are open from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which is great for most working parents. I would recommend this place to anyone.
