Lauren is great with my son. She has been cutting his hair since his first haircut. I had a little problem with them and the owner contacted me to resolve the situation. I am glad that the people that work there cared enough to reach out and resolve something with their customer may not be in agreement with their policy.

The stylist who cut my childrens' hair was extremely attentive to them and friendly. She did cut more than I had asked. My main complaint is with who I assume was the owner or manager. She was dealing with a disgruntled customer when we arrived and she clearly had the "my way or the highway" mentality. Two of my kids had pre booked appointments so their cuts were less than regular price. When I wanted to get my third child's haircut, I was told that they wouldn't honor an emailed coupon that was sent to me. I was told that they don't combine coupons. So... even though I would be paying 2 dollars more than my other children for that haircut, they considered that "combining coupons". How you can use separate coupons for three separate children, yet they see it as combining coupons, is beyond me. Needless to say, I didn't have child 3's hair cut that day. I also want to note that when we got there, we were the only customers (other than the customer who came back to complain) and several stylists were there.

Brought my 4 year old in for a cut and simply asked that his hair be cleaned up around the ears and neck and to take a little off the top as we were trying to let it grow out. We left with half of the length taken off of the top and bangs that once were down to his eyebrows closer to his hairline. I knew it was going to be a disaster when the stylist started, but gave her the benefit. Big mistake. And as for the owner's comments that she cares about her clients and takes every comment to heart - I emailed her a week ago and crickets. I haven't heard a word back. Nothing bu lip service.

I have been in this area and took my children to several salons trying to find the right one. The ladies at Kids Kuts where so friendly and honestly nice. I used a coupon I found on the facebook site for the salon and got a great haircut for myself as well. Close to the house nice atmosphere and loved the stylist and owner as well. I tell all my friends about this Salon!

As a Parent: When my child was old enough for her first haircut I started taking her to Kids Kuts. The staff were friendly and kind, they made her feel welcome and calm. There were plenty of things for her to do to occupy herself while she was getting a haircut. And she walked away every time with a great haircut every time! She loves coming to Kids Kuts and enjoys every visit, even 7 years later! As a client myself: Personally, I had tried several salons in the area (yes, even the really pricey ones) and was never happy with my haircut. When my daughter was getting her 2nd hair cut, I realized that they do adult hair cut and color too, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have been with Sabra ever since (7 years!) and I won't go anywhere else. She listens to what I want and does it perfectly every time. I get my hair cut often, as I have a short cut, and I get color done frequently too. I walk out of there knowing I have a great cut and color. I have been asked numerous times where I go because so many people like my hair. I tell them every time to go to Kids Kuts! Not only are you getting great service, but the price is right too.

My first time here, and it will certainly be the last. The cut was fine- though it was really a basic trim, nothing difficult. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. After the cuts I went to pay and noticed it was "cash or check only", which I didn't realize (was a tiny "notice" taped to the cash register, which nobody would see just walking in) so I had to walk across the parking lot to a sketchy gas station to use the ATM. While walking back I noticed a "Kids haircuts $9.99" sign out front, so when I was asked to pay $12.99 for each cut (had two) I asked why the sign said $9.99 when im being charged $12.99. The girl said "Well that sign was just put out like 20 minutes ago" and I asked why they would not honor that, she said they wouldn't. So if I had walked in there 10 minutes later than I did, I would have gotten the promo rate. I was visibly upset about this, and they did nothing. No offer to honor that rate. I paid it of course, full price. Made sure to not leave a tip. Afterward, I called to speak with the owner, and she rudely said "I don't know what you want from me, im sorry you are unhappy but we will not honor a promo rate on a sign if it goes up while customers are in the store- sorry, our policy". In my opinion, it just seems like a very poor business practice.

My daughter has gotten her hair cut here for 7 years and Sabra, the owner, saved my own hair from the worst cut and color ever! It's a great value for adults and the staff is as knowledgable and good as any of the more expensive salons in metro Atlanta! I constantly get compliments on my hair and proudly tell everyone I got it at Kids Kuts!

Kids Kuts Salon is the best place in town for your childs hair cuts. We accidentally found this inviting colorful salon and absolutely love it. Everyone was personable and friendly and the owner gave my daughter a braid and MAGIC FAIRY DUST! LOL

I have a 3 year old son, who hated getting his haircut. He didn't want anything to do with wearing a cape and the clippers made him extremely nervous. After having an awful experience at snip-its, where they just made this experience worse for him. I took him to Kids Kuts. The stylist here just took over, and taking control of his crying, axietity, and nervousness. She had me sit down and relax while she dealt with him so patiently. This is exactly what he needed. His crying subsided and he actually just sat for the most part of his haircut, watching Dora. This was the first time he wore a cape and we didn't end up going home covered in hair. He just had his second visit kids kuts where he had no nervousness or anxiety about a thing. This time it was actually hard to get him out the door. I love this salon, the owner and stylists are friendly, courteous, and really helpful with kids, who are reluctant and nervous about getting their hair cut. Very happy customers!! Terra and Corey

My son was waiting to get a cut and the owner was very rude on more than one occasion to the other stylist while I was standing there! The stylist that cut my son's hair was nice and did a great job, but it put me in an awkward position as the customer. I wouldn't have the owner cut my child's hair AND if I were the other stylist I'd take clientele elsewhere.

While they cater to my kids, they also cut, color, and style my hair. They cut my husband's hair, too, and he's pretty picky! They even provided free kids' haircuts for a few hours at my church! Cydna is such a great stylist and less expensive than the toney place I used to go, where they hesitated to do kids, and acted like I was an imposition half of the time. (And I'm a good tipper!)

After recently viewing a poor review from a customer, I feel the need to explain. Here at Kids Kuts we go above and beyond to make each and every child feel comfortable and special during their hair service. Children are able to play video games or watch the movie of their choice ( rated G of course). Our little girls leave with smiles and hugs for their stylist after "Fairydust" is sprinkled in their hair ...and our little boys are thrilled that they played video games through their entire cut. We treat each and every child with kindness and let them know what a special and terrific child they are. It was disheartening to think that a client had such ill feelings towards our staff and the owner. The evening that this client spoke of, we were on our way to a "Kick off Night" at Johnson Ferry Babtist church 20 mins away. We were running late for our arrival to this function due to already squeezing in several other families before we left. It is very unfortunate that we could not stay any longer. Here at Kids Kuts we try to do as many after hours, child related functions as our schedules permit... because at the end of the day- KIDS are what we are all about!

Kids Kuts Salon is amazing! After Reading mixed reviews on several sites I decided to make my own judgment and go to the salon and see for myself... first of all let me tell you I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door and from that moment on I was treated like a friend. My boys loved the atmosphere and I can truly tell the Owner Was Magic. She calmed my children down and had them giggling by the end of the haircut. I cant imagine her being anything but nice unless of course there are unruly children in her place of business ( or unruly Parents) lol
