We have been so thankful that we have been part of the Kids R Kids Crabapple family for the past 7 years. We have 2 children that have completed the Pre-K program & our daughter is currently in this program. Our 2 younger children have been there since they were 11 wks & our oldest was 19 months (we have 3 kids). Needless to say, we have been attached to many of the teachers and staff. As working parents, it has been reassuring to know our children have been loved and trained while away from them. We have been contacted on the occasional "snow" day to inform us Kids R Kids is there for those that have to work. We have witnessed safety actions when tornadoes are in the area and feel comfortable that the staff are trained to assist as well as witnessed an allergic reaction and the quick response from staff. The holiday celebrations are always fun for the kids and entire family. We recommend Kids R Kids Crabapple to anyone requiring daycare, preschool, or after school care

We have a 6 month old and 3 year old that attend kids r kids Crabapple. My 3 yr old started attending as a baby. We have been very pleased with their care. Best playground around including a mini water park for summer days. Management has been great if we ever needed and issue resolved. Teachers are great. Fill out daily sheets to keep parents informed. My 3 year old tells me she loves going to school to learn and play!

Our son fell off a piece of playground equipment at Kids R Kids Crabapple at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, falling face down and hitting his head, scraping his entire face very badly. My wife and I arrived at the daycare to pick him up at 5:15 pm, having no idea this accident had taken place. When we walked into his room, the teacher stated that said she had seen him on top of the playground equipment, told him he might fall, and then turned away to get another child water. Subsequently, the injury occurred. We were shocked to see the severity of our child's injuries and blood still oozing out of his nose at that point. We immediately sought explanation from the owners and asked why we were not called. We were told by the owner, Merle, that their policy is to only contact parents if a child breaks a bone or goes to the hospital. When we stated that we disagreed with this policy, the owner told us to "Get out. You are not welcome here. I don't want your business then." Note, this statement was made in front of our child. We encourage you to have an in-depth conversation with the owners of this daycare before enrolling your child (versus just Barbara, the director). Had we taken more time to investigate the owner's philosophies and policies, we would never have enrolled our child at this daycare. Kids R Kids Crabapple has been in business for 20 years, with the same owners, but we realized through our experience, that does not necessarily equate to all things good.

Our Grand Daughter are our pride and joy. We shower her with everything we can give including the best education. For her Pre-K we enrolled her at Kids R Kids. Sure enough when she moved up to higher levels, they excelled in their academics and extra -curricular activities. At Kids R Kids their aim is not only to provide above standard curriculum, they also help kids develop their skills. With this principle, kids when they moved to a higher grade level, they are already well prepared since they were exposed to these things at a young age. Our child's present teachers are impressed with their abilities and their capacities to grasp things. Kids R Kids is highly recommended to all parents.

We have been entrusting Kids R Kids of Crabapple to care for our children for over 4 years. They have friendly and caring staff who are like family to us. The curriculum is excellent. Their playgrounds are wonderful and they take security seriously. Our children have excelled in their care.

Well let me start by saying that I am a college professor and I teach Early Childhood Courses. So I know my way around a quality ECE program. My girls started Prek with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Kelly and we all love it there. Not once have the girls said anything negative about anything, and trust me they would. The learning environment is bright, colorful, appropriate, with lots of materials and equipment in like new condition. But most of all the teachers are amazing. They are loving and very knowledgeable in what they are doing. I visited many Ga PreK programs from Alpharetta to Woodstock to Roswell, even NAEYC schools, but decided on KidsRKids on Crabapple because they gave me tour without an appointment. They showed me everything, let me speak to teachers, I think they would have allowed me to even look inside their refrigerator. Everything was orderlly, smelled clean, and everyone was pleasant. I am so happy I chose KRK for my daughters.

Let me start by saying that we came from another Kids R Kids facility and absolutely loved it! When we moved to Alpharetta we thought to enroll our children in another KRK school hoping it would be a smooth transition. That was certainly not the case. My oldest son's teacher was never around for about 2 weeks and after time and time again asking where she was I was finally told by another teacher that she was taking a personal leave of absence.....which is fine, just let me know! As a parent, I have a right to know why my son's classroom is never open in the morning even when I would wait until 9 am to drop him off. In the 3 weeks that they were enrolled there he came home with maybe 5 daily reports. Never did I see a piece or artwork or activity sheet completed and sent home. The end point for us was when I picked up my 8 month old one day covered in feces! I was appalled, ecspecially when the director dismissed my concern telling me that his diaper has just been changed....really, then why did I have to give him a full bath before we could leave. She did apologize the following Monday. Be cautious about this facility as it certainly did not meet my expectations of childcare.

I have been so impressed with the pre-k program at Kids R Kids, Crabapple. They are organized, polite, considerate, and seem to be teaching my daughter all she needs to know for kindergarten. They really care, and this has been the best experience I have ever had with a pre school program. (She is my third child.) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful pre-K program. They are the best.

Thanks to the reviews here on Kudzu, we placed our daughter with Kids R Kids and we couldn't be more pleased. They take a special interest in their students and it shows.

Both of my girls have attended Kids R Kids and I could not ask for a better staff of people. It's also convienient for me to drop them off and pick them up from work.

At first I did not like the school...maybe because I was so used to the other school prior. Pre-K teachers, even staff members are way better than just good, they would hug and love your little ones....I am so going to miss sending my kids...I wish I had another kid that I could send to this school.
