Kids R Kids Schools Of Quality Learning

I just came across this website and am appauled at what I've read as reviews for this particular center. My child attends this center and we've been very pleased, from cleanliness to upper management. Reviews stating teacher turnover is false, anyone whose child attended Pre-K would know that "teenie boppers" cannot teach Pre-K, the Pre-K teachers are certified by the state of Georgia.get your facts straight, just an ignorant review, and by the way, the Satellite Blvd location is owned by the same familywhy would one be better than the other? Secondly, for the "under investigation" reviewsanyone can go under the state website and look at what the center has been "investigated" and "cited" forwhich I did and they have NEVER been put under "investigation" or "probation"and to the contrary, there are great remarks from the consultants who wrote the various reports which to my understanding are called monitoring visits because they come out to monitor the center unexpected. And as for food not being thrown out after children eat it.seriously? I bring soy milk for my child and am welcomed into the kitchen to drop off the milk and I've never seen any used foodif there was something to hide, do you think I'd be allowed to drop off the milk without warning? Clearly not every day care is suitable for every parent however telling outright lies about things that people can research themselves shows what kind of parents ya'll must beOBSURD! Great center!

I am a mom of three and all of my kids have attended this school. The entire staff is always friendly and welcomimg on a daily basis. The owners are so nice and always there and available. My children have learned so much from their teachers and I love the curriculum. The school is always clean,organized and the teachers are so attentive to my children. It will be a sad day when my children are grown and we have to leave.

I pulled my son out of there. The place is nice and clean. His teacher Kia is fantastic. Management is definitely a problem there. On days before holidays or before week-ends, when there were only few children left in my son's class, they would push them in the upper class and dismiss the teacher so they don't have to pay her. ( I and the other parents are still paying wether the kid is there or not !!! ) The end result is their food get screwed up, he ended up with teachers he did not know, sometimes confined to a high chair and nobody knew what he ate and when, that is if he did. The last time it happened, he had the same formula bottle for 3 hours ! When we wrote the corporate office and the owner, They got real mad and kicked my wife out of there calling her a liar.

Perhaps this center is okay for older children, but not for the younger, toddler age. I was at this center for over 1.5 years, and finally had enough. The teachers were constantly changed, what seemed like weekly - they would even move teachers within the building. For younger kids, they look for stability, which is not easily found here. They definitely cram the rooms full of kids (still within state guidelines), with inexperienced teachers - the inexperienced part is a quote from one of the owners when I complained about the lack of supervision for exploring toddlers, including one of the teachers picking up my toddler by one arm - which I just happened to catch on the camera one day. The reaction of the owners was disturbing - they acted as if nothing had happened and it was no big deal. Not willing to wait around for a significant injury, we promptly removed our child. As a prior reviewer stated, they definitely do not follow any sort of lesson plan in the younger rooms - it's free play nearly 100% of the time, while the teachers sit around and chit chat.

My son has been attending this Kids R Kids since the Summer of 2004, but attended the Satellite location since 2000, which is owned by the same owners/operators. He has attended for full time, before and after-school and the summer program. The summer program alone is by far the best you will find. It's filled with more field trips and fun activities than you can imagine for a great price. The center/staff are very stringent in regards to laws/regulations governing child care. The directors and staff know me by name and do the same for all parents. Video monitoring is included up to Pre-K and the directors watch monitors from the front desk as well. The state funded Pre-K program was excellent. Throughout my son's entire span at the two Kids R Kids centers, he has not only had tons of fun, but has learned ALOT. In the after school program he receives help from his teachers with his homework. As far as costs go, I'm a single parent and any daycare is more than what we'd wish to pay, but take into consideration these are your children. If I go broke ensuring my child is at the best center that is what I will do. And I've found the best one!!
